  Zoover Reccomended 2009 - 2011

  With this reccomendation Zoover rewards accommodations in Europe. The jury of the Zoover awards consists of their own guests that have left a review on Zoover. Over the past year consumers appreciate the accommodations with a good guest appreciation. For that reason Zoover reward the accommodations with the status “Zoover recommended”. International visitors from Zoover have selected Argosy Hotel for the third time in a row as one of the winners of a Zoover Recommended certificate 2011. Only accommodations with high scores within Europe receive this distinction.

  Thomson Gold Medal 2009

  The Gold Medal (Thomson Gold Awards) is a prestigious award given by the British tour operator Thomson. This particular award was given to the Argosy Hotel in the category of "Best 3* Summer Accommodation in Croatia". This award represents outstanding achievement due to the high level of criteria that must be met. Namely, aside from the quality of the accommodation itself and the food, questionnaires also graded the level of satisfaction of the guests as the key factor in the selection of a particular place to take a vacation in the sense of grading the vacation itself and the destination in general as well as the activities offered, the cleanliness of the accommodation quarters, staff hospitality etc.

  IHAC 2007 - 2011

  Institute for Hospitality Assurance Certification is a German registered company and offers a unique, specialised service in the travel industry that benefits hotels and their prospective clients. For the past five years Argosy hotel is a proud holder of the IHAC certification for quality. It certifies that Argosy hotel is a qulified member and participant of the IHAC evaluation programme. IHAC's aim is not to classify, grade or pass judgment, but simply to give tour operators and travellers an objective, complete and clear picture of the hotel they booked, or to help them find the establishment which best suits their needs. IHAC has a team of experienced reviwers who carry out annual visits to their member hotels, staying for up to 24 hours in each establishment. The reviwer takes careful note of all the facilities and services available on the day of her visit and all findings are clearly listed on their website. All reviews are conducted with the full cooperation of the hotel management, who sign and date the review.
