Conditions

• For each reservation made through Valamar online booking or Valamar reservation centre, we guarantee the lowest price.
• For stays without made reservations, the prices and conditions of the valid reception price list apply.
• Sojourn tax is included in price.
• All inclusive light price includes drinks for lunch and dinner (local wine - white and red, local beer, drinks from the beverage machine (coke, orangeades, tonic, juice, ice tea and water), coffee and tea).
• Check-in: 14.00 – 18.00 *
• Check-out untill 10.00

* Please inform the reservation centre on your late arrival or we won't be able to guarantee the booking related to your accommodation.

• No pets allowed.
• Parking included in prices.

Reservation warranty

• A credit card (American Express, EuroCard/MasterCard, Diners Club or Visa) is required and will be used exclusively as a guarantee of arrival.
• Your personal data, and the data on your credit card, are fully protected. The transfer of data is carried out via a safe server.
• Payment is made at the reception desk upon arrival. Payment is possible by cash or by credit card.

      

RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (depending on the chosen Rate type):

• PLUS FLEX Rates:
  The reservation must be cancelled at the latest two days prior to the scheduled arrival by 2 pm (CET) in order for your credit card not to be charged for the price of 1 overnight stay per accommodation unit. In the event of a no-show, we will charge your credit card for the complete amount of the reservation.
• EASY FLEX Rates:
  The reservation must be cancelled at the latest 4 days prior to the scheduled arrival by 2 pm (CET) in order for your credit card not to be charged for the price of 1 overnight stay per accommodation unit. In the event of a no-show, we will charge your credit card for the complete amount of the reservation. 
• NO FLEX Rates:
  The reservation cannot be modified or cancelled. In the event of a no-show, we will charge your credit card for the complete amount of the reservation.
  *Please note: "1 overnight stay" means payment of the first day of your reservation.

Conditions for children

• Children are persons up to 12 years of age.
• Children up to 2 years of age stay for free.
