- Daily rental per suite, breakfast included. Sojourn taxes included.
- Prices and conditions specified in this price list are only for reserved stays.
- For stays without made reservations, prices and conditions of the valid reception price list apply.
- Prices in this price list are for stays of at least 3 days. For stays shorter than 3 days, the price is raised by 20%
- Rates per suite without kitchen include: daily cleaning, towels and breakfast
- Optional: There are towels in suites. Towels are changed as needed.
- Cribs are provided only if requested in advance.
- Extra bed per day costs 10 €
- Check-in: 14-18h
- Check-out: 8-10h
- No pets allowed.
- St Nikola Island guests have free use of the ferry to and from Porec.
Reservation conditions
- A credit card is mandatory as a guarantee of arrival.
- Your personal data, and the data on your credit card, are fully protected. The transfer of data is carried out via a safe server.
- Payment is conducted at the apartment reception in HRK depending on the valid exchange rate on the payment date.
- In the event of a reservation cancellation, the reservation must be cancelled at the latest two days prior to the scheduled arrival by 2 pm (CET). If the cancellation is made after this time we will bill your credit card for the price of 1 overnight stay per accommodation unit. Please note: "1 overnight stay" means payment of the first day of your reservation.
- In the event of a no show we will bill your credit card for the price of 1 overnight stay per accommodation unit.
