For reserved stays payment is carried out at the reception in HRK according to the valid exchange rate on the day of payment.
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the reservation must be cancelled at the latest two days prior to the scheduled arrival by 2 pm (CET). If the cancellation is made after this time we will bill your credit card for the price of 1 overnight stay per accommodation unit. Please note: "1 overnight stay" means payment of the first day of your reservation.
In the event of a no show we will bill your credit card for the price of 1 overnight stay per accommodation unit.

For stays without made reservations, prices and conditions of the valid reception price list apply
Prices in this price list are for stays of at least 3 days. For stays shorter than 3 days, the price is raised by 20%
Possibility of stays with breakfast. Fees for stays with breakfast per day per room are as follows:
- 5 € in single-bed rooms
- 10 € in double/twin rooms
- 15 € in triple rooms, quad rooms and studios
- 20 € in family rooms, suites and residence rooms

Children are persons up to 16 years of age.
Children up to 2 years of age stay for free.
Special offer
(for triple and family rooms): for a stay of 7 nights or longer you can choose either a free boat excursion to Venice for the entire family (for the period between 10 May and 20 September), or a free 6-day sailing school for children between the ages of 7 and 16 (for the period between 15 June and 1 September). Please state which option you are choosing when making your reservation.
