“Man – the key to success in tourism” is a national program aimed at raising the quality level of hospitality and creating a welcoming environment at a particular destination. John Daničić, Head of Reception, was named best reception employee in his category and some of the criteria for winning this prestigious award include maintaining a level of professionalism whilst on duty (expertise, initiative, innovativeness), the relationship established with tourists and guests (kindness, neatness, communicativeness, competence), the results achieved on the job and overall acceptance in the workplace.
