Valamar academy is standardized program of education that encompasses the best practice, internal expertise and professional experiences acquired during many years of our employees’ work. Program is systematically transferred on Valamar academy's participants -younger generations within Valamar.
Valamar academy promotes the idea of internal promotion based on individual and professional competencies. Valamar academy supports continuous professional development and lifelong learning of our young potentials that are being prepared for taking greater responsibility in the future. Their mentors lead them and support them through the whole process.

Master Educational Plan
Valamar encourages life long learning for each employee. In accordance to the educational needs in Valamar, we develop Master Educational Plan that encompasses diverse professional and personal development programs organized within our company on a regular basis. Finally, our goal is to raise our overall quality of guest service and to create motivating atmosphere for each and every individual in Valamar.
Valamar develops strong relations with schools, colleges and other educational institutions in Croatia and abroad (American College of Management and Technology in Dubrovnik (ACMT), Zagreb School of Management, and University for Applied Science of International Business Relations in Eisenstadt, Austria) with the goal of engaging young individuals within Valamar through internship and trainee programs.
