Conditions

• For each reservation made through Valamar online booking or Valamar reservation centre, we guarantee the lowest price.
• For stays without made reservations, the prices and conditions of the valid reception price list apply.
• Sojourn tax is included in price.
• Price for stays shorter than 3 nights is increased by 20%.
• Included in the price are: bed linen, electricity and water consumption, kitchenware and tableware, cleaning materials, weekly change of bed linen and final cleaning.
• Optional: There are towels in the apartment. Towels are changed as needed.
• Cribs are provided only if requested in advance.
• Possibility of halfboard.
• If you want to bring a dog or a cat, please either contact the Valamar reservation center (tel.: +385 52 465 000; e-mail: reservations@valamar.com) or leave a note in the "comments" section of online booking. The additional charge for a dog or a cat is € 7 per day.
• Parking included in prices.
• At check-in you will be asked to confirm your departure date.
• In the case of an earlier departure we apply a fee to the amount of a one-night stay per unit.
• In the period from 30 June until 01 September the fee includes all remaining days of your stay.
• The early departure fee might not be applied in case of illness or force majeure.
• Your credit card is used exclusively as a reservation guarantee; payment is upon arrival at the reception desk with credit card or cash. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, Visa and Maestro.
• The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

• Payment upon arrival is possible:
  1. by cash in HRK (Croatian currency)
  2. by cash in EUR as stated on your booking confirmation
  3. by cash in any other currency or by credit card or Maestro card based on the current exchange rate. The current exchange rate is stated on the invoice.
• Please note that your credit card will be charged in HRK (Croatian currency). Your bank hereinafter converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank's exchange rate this may result in a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in HRK on our hotel invoice.
• Check-in: 14:00 - 18:00*
• Check-out untill 10:00

*Please inform the reservation centre on your late arrival or we won't be able to guarantee the booking related to your accommodation.

Reservation warranty

• Credit card is required for booking. We accept American Express, EuroCard/MasterCard, Diners Club or Visa.
• Your personal data, and the data on your credit card, are fully protected. The transfer of data is carried out via a safe server.
• For booking with FULL FLEXIBLE terms, your credit card is used exclusively as an guarantee of arrival/payment; payment is uppon arrival at the Reception desk with credit card or cash. For booking with NON FLEXIBLE terms your credit card will be charged for the complete amount of the reservation. For booking with FLEXIBLE terms your credit card will be charged for 20% of the complete amount of the reservation.

      

RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (depending on the chosen Rate type):

• FULL FLEXIBLE Rates:
  Free of charge cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival until 14:00 hours (CET). For cancellations after that time the amount of the first night per reserved unit is charged. In case of no-show without cancellation total booking amount is charged.
• FLEXIBLE Rates:
  A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required, balance due on departure. Free of charge cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations after that time the amount of the 20% per reserved unit is charged. In case of no-show without cancellation total booking amount is charged.
• NON FLEXIBLE Rates:
  The reservation cannot be modified or canceled. The entire booking amount is charged immediately upon booking.

*Please note: "1 overnight stay" means payment of the first day of your reservation.
