Events in Poreč

Poreč is alive throughout the whole year. However, summer is the time when Poreč totally comes to life and when the list of events, which Poreč’s inhabitants and its visitors can enjoy, significantly expands.
It is then when the historical town centre of Poreč becomes a stage whose inspiring atmosphere hosts artists from all over the world. They fill all of Poreč’s corners with their instruments, paint-brushes, movement, creative energy and spirit.
Relax to the sounds of jazz on what is now the traditional music event “Jazz in the Lapidarium”, listen to classical concerts in a site that is 15 centuries old at the “Concerts in Euphrasius”, and enjoy other cultural and entertaining events, exhibitions and performances that take place in the Poreč Homeland Museum.
It is not only the old town centre that bustles with activity, summer pours into all parts of the town. The “street&art festival” every year brightens up Poreč’s streets with new imaginative performances by street artists and performers. The “Poreč Summer” with concerts by popular performers offers dancing and entertainment to all visitors until late into the night.
