  IHAC 2010

  Institute for Hospitality Assurance Certification is a German registered company and offers a unique, specialised service in the travel industry that benefits hotels and their prospective clients. Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik is a proud holder of the IHAC certification for quality. It certifies that Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik is a qulified member and participant of the IHAC evaluation programme. IHAC's aim is not to classify, grade or pass judgment, but simply to give tour operators and travellers an objective, complete and clear picture of the hotel they booked, or to help them find the establishment which best suits their needs. AC has a team of experienced reviwers who carry out annual visits to their member hotels, staying for up to 24 hours in each establishment. The reviwer takes careful note of all the facilities and services available on the day of her visit and all findings are clearly listed on their website. All reviews are conducted with the full cooperation of the hotel management, who sign and date the review.
