AC has a team of experienced reviwers who carry out annual visits to their member hotels, staying for up to 24 hours in each establishment. The reviwer takes careful note of all the facilities and services available on the day of her visit and all findings are clearly listed on their website. All reviews are conducted with the full cooperation of the hotel management, who sign and date the review.
