  • V Health&Safety Food programme ensures maximum food and drink safety in all restaurants and bars (HACCP standard certified by SGS)

  • V Health&Safety Management involves managing the overall safety of guests, with specific standards for the safety of children’s playgrounds, swimming pools, beaches and other facilities. A V Health&Safety Manager is available to guests 24/7 throughout their stay and provides health care if necessary.

  • In our reception area, we have implemented the V Health & Safety programme, which includes high hygiene and safety standards in line with the recommendations of WHO, ECDC and national health institutions

  • A V Health&Safety Manager is available to guests 24/7 throughout their stay and provides health care if necessary.

ACCOMMODATION

  • In order to provide you with an even higher level of service and comfort, we have reduced the maximum capacity of our hotel by 20%

  • CleanSpace - 100% Privacy guarantees that high-touch surfaces in the accommodation units have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and ensures that nobody has entered the accommodation unit prior to guest’s arrival. The room cleaning service is free of charge with prior notice at least one day in advance.

  • In addition to that, CleanSpace - 100% Privacy guarantees complete privacy for our guests during their stay, as our staff will enter the guests’ accommodation unit only at their request.

PUBLIC AREAS

  • We have also implemented our V Health & Safety programme in our public areas by applying the highest hygiene standards and a continuous cleaning service.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

  • We have adapted the maximum capacity of our hotel restaurant and provided more comfort for you to relax and enjoy your breakfast and dinner.

  • In our hotel restaurant, you can enjoy an extended breakfast until 11:00. In order to ensure more comfort and safety, we have also introduced food serving at the buffet.

  • V Health&Safety Food programme guarantees the highest hygiene standards and a certified food safety management system (HACCP).

ENTERTAINMENT AND MARO PROGRAMMES

  • We have introduced the V Health & Safety programme in line with the recommendations of WHO, ECDC and national health institutions in all our children’s clubs and communal areas.

  • We have adapted the maximum number of participants in our Stay Fit programmes in order to provide our guests with enough personal space.

  • In line with health institution recommendations, we have adapted the maximum number of participants at indoor evening programmes.

POOLS, SPA, BEACHES, SPORT

  • In order to provide our guests with an even higher level of service and comfort, we have reduced the maximum capacity of pools and introduced a controlled entry system.

  • Every family will have its own set of sun loungers with an umbrella on the beach or by the pool throughout the stay

  • We have redesigned the layout of sun loungers by the pools and on the beaches with required distance between two sets of sun loungers to provide more space and privacy.

  • With our V Health & Safety programme, we have ensured the highest hygiene standards, water treatment and disinfection of water attractions at our pools.

  • We have adapted the maximum capacity of our Spa zones to ensure more peace and comfort and introduced a reservation system. Our V Health & Safety programme ensures a carefree and safe stay in all Spa amenities.

  • We have also adapted the maximum capacity of our sport areas and implemented a time slot reservation system so you can enjoy your leisure activities fully relaxed.
