Prices and conditions specified in this price list are only for reserved stays.
For stays without made reservations, prices and conditions of the valid reception price list apply.
Prices in this price list are for stays of at least 3 days. For stays shorter than 3 days, the price is raised by 20%
Included in the price are: bed linen, electric energy and water consumption, kitchenware and tableware, cleaning materials, toilet paper / (only at arrival), weekly change of bed linen and final cleaning.
Optional: There are towels in the apartment. Towels are changed as needed.
Cribs are provided only if requested in advance.
Extra bed in the apartments per day costs:
- 5 € from 26.04. until 20.06 and from 13.09. until 04.10.
- 10 € from 21.06. until 12.09.

Check-out: 8-10h
Parking included in prices.
Pets are allowed.
The additional charge for a dog or cat is 7€ a day.

A credit card is mandatory as a guarantee of arrival.
Your personal data, and the data on your credit card, are fully protected. The transfer of data is carried out via a safe server.
Payment is conducted at the apartment reception in HRK depending on the valid exchange rate on the payment date.
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the reservation must be cancelled at the latest two days prior to the scheduled arrival by 2 pm (CET). If the cancellation is made after this time we will bill your credit card for the price of 1 overnight stay per accommodation unit. Please note: "1 overnight stay" means payment of the first day of your reservation.
In the event of a no show we will bill your credit card for the price of 1 overnight stay per accommodation unit.
