Q for quality service in tourism

The "Q for quality service in tourism" is awarded by the Ministry of Tourism based on strict criteria. Quality is a priority and those bearing the Q mark offer guests a lot more than the mandatory standard. Points are awarded for active participation in protecting the environment, safety, food storage, a questionnaire on both staff and guest satisfaction as well as cooperating with the local community and reports from commissioned ‘secret guests’.

High standard of environmental protection, established and certified environmental management system, in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. The adopted environmental protection policy focusing on compliance with legal requirements, protection and rational use of natural resources, prevention of pollution, ensuring the conditions for separate waste collection, employee training, continuous improvement and care about the prevention of pollution.
