Terms of use

"The voucher is valid for persons staying at Valamar for the first time and can be redeemed in all hotels, resorts and camping resorts. You should use the voucher within 3 months. Voucher is valid for stays within one year from the date of receiving the voucher. The minimum booking value for which it is possible to redeem the voucher is €500. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or subsequently added to the reservation. If an active reservation is cancelled and an Ambassador voucher is subsequently generated within 21 days, we reserve the right not to issue the voucher."

How to use the voucher?

To use the voucher, enter it in the first step of the booking process, after you select your rate.
