Pursuant to Article 69 of the Games of Chance Act and the provisions of the Rules on the Organization of Prize Games, with prior approval from the Ministry of Finance, Class:UP/I-460-02/25-01/536, Registration Number: 513-07-21-01-25, dated 05.11.2025., Valamar Riviera joint-stock company for tourism, headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, VAT ID: 36201212847, hereby issues the following:

PRIZE GAME RULES

“Lifetime¹ holiday at Pical Resort!”

THE ORGANISER OF THE PRIZE GAME
Article 1

The organiser of the prize game titled “Lifetime¹ holiday at Pical Resort!” is Valamar Riviera joint-stock company for tourism, with its registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, VAT ID: 36201212847 (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser).

PURPOSE
Article 2

The purpose of this prize game is the promotion of the new tourist resort, Pical Resort 5*, Valamar Collection, which is scheduled to open in spring 2026, along with our other facilities. Through this prize game, our primary aim is to familiarize the wider public with the new tourist resort, generate interest in future amenities and services, and engage the community through interactive participation.

DURATION
Article 3

The prize game runs from 10:00 on 19 November 2025 to 23:59:59 on 18 December 2025, inclusive of both dates.

The prize game consists of a single round.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Article 4

All adults, regardless of their country of residence, who enter in accordance with these Rules are eligible to participate in the prize game.

Employees of the Organiser, its affiliated entities, marketing agency 404 d.o.o. (VAT ID: 95664694376) and its affiliated entities, as well as members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the prize game. Individuals contracted to promote the prize game through public media or promotional channels are also not eligible to participate.

Participation in the prize game is not contingent upon the purchase of products or services from the Organiser.

PROCEDURE FOR ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING THE PRIZE GAME
Article 5

Entering the prize game

Participants can enter the prize game by completing the electronic entry form available on the official website of the Organiser: www.pical.valamar.com. The entry form can be accessed in one of the following ways:

  • by directly visiting the website,
  • via links published in promotional materials (including newsletters, messages, paid advertising, posts on Valamar’s social media profiles, and other types of communications),
  • by using a unique referral link assigned to previous participants.

On the entry form, the participant must:

  • enter their personal information: first name, last name, address, phone/mobile number, and email address,
  • confirm their acceptance of these Rules,
  • confirm that they have been informed about the processing of personal data,
  • click on the button to submit their entry.

IMPORTANT: Each participant may submit the entry form only once, using a single personal email address and one phone/mobile number. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses and/or phone/mobile numbers are not allowed. Such entries constitute a violation of the rules.
Participants are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information that matches their official identification. Entering incorrect, fictitious, or false information (e.g., fake names, non-existent addresses, phone numbers that do not belong to the participant) also constitutes a violation of the rules. The Organiser has the right to disqualify any entries that breach these Rules, both before and after the draw.

Confirmation of registration (double opt-in)
After submitting the entry form, the participant will receive an email to activate their entry. To complete their entry, they need to confirm their registration by clicking the link in that message. This procedure was introduced to protect against incorrect entries or misuse of email addresses.

Increasing your chances of winning

Each validly registered participant receives one entry into the prize draw (an “Entry Coupon”). Participants can also earn additional Entry Coupons and thus increase their chances of winning prizes. In the activation email, the participant will receive a unique referral link, which will also be available in their user account. By sharing this referral link, the participant receives one additional Entry Coupon for each new valid registration made through that link. The maximum number of additional Entry Coupons per participant via the referral link is 99. The number of additional Entry Coupons with unique registration codes can be viewed in the participant's user account. The participant will not be able to see who has used their referral link, only the total number of resulting entries. If a person who registered via a referral link withdraws from the prize game, the Entry Coupon associated with that registration will be voided.

Sharing the referral link is not a requirement for participation, but an opportunity to increase your chances of winning under the specified conditions.

Each participant who enters the prize game via a referral link acknowledges that the participant whose link they used will receive one additional Entry Coupon.

Participants must not use automated systems (e.g., bots, scripts) to share their referral link.

Participant User Account
After completing their registration, participants can access their user account at www.pical.valamar.com using their email address. For each login attempt, a six-digit one-time password (OTP) will be sent to that address and must be entered to log in. This password is valid only on the day of issue, ensuring an additional level of security.
In their user account, a participant can:

  • view their personal data,
  • access their referral link to share it with others,
  • see the number of their Entry Coupons (one for their own entry and additional ones from referrals), the unique codes for each Entry Coupon, and the date of each registration,
  • object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes based on the Organiser's legitimate interest,
  • withdraw from the prize draw.

Technical Processing of Entries
All confirmed entries are automatically stored in a computer database. Each participant is assigned a unique participant number, and each Entry Coupon (both the initial and any additional ones) is linked to that number for use in the prize draw.

PRIZE POOL
Article 6

The prize pool consists of the following prizes:

1. PRIZE
1 x Voucher for a total of 120 nights’ accommodation for two people at Pical Resort 5*, Valamar Collection! Redeemable for up to 4 nights per year, starting from 2026!
Estimated prize value: EUR 84,000.00

2. PRIZE
1 x Voucher for a total of 5 nights’ accommodation for two people at Pical Resort 5*, Valamar Collection in 2026!
Estimated prize value : EUR 3,500.00.

3. PRIZE
1 x Voucher for a Parenzana Epicurean Journey, which includes 3 dinners (tasting menu) for 2 people, with one dinner at each of the following restaurants:
- Spinnaker Restaurant, Obala Maršala Tita 15, Poreč,
- Harry's Piccolo, Poreč, Pical Resort,
- JAZ by Ana Roš Poreč, Eugena Kumičića 3, Poreč.
Redeemable in 2026, subject to restaurant opening times and availability.
Estimated prize value: EUR 700.00.

4. PRIZE
1 x Voucher for the use of 2 sunbeds in the VIP zone of Pical Beach Club for one day, with a food and beverage credit of EUR 200.00 to be used on the same day in the Pical Beach Club zone.
Estimated prize value: EUR 360.00.

5. PRIZE
1 x Voucher for dinner (tasting menu) for 2 people at Harry's Piccolo restaurant in Poreč. Redeemable at Pical Resort in 2026, subject to restaurant opening times and availability.
Estimated prize value: EUR 300.00.

The total value of the prize pool is EUR 88,860.00.

Vouchers are issued in the name of the winner and contain their unique participant number.
The voucher is valid until the prize is fully redeemed by the winner in accordance with these terms.
Voucher prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
The voucher is indivisible and non-transferable.
The winner must always be one of the people using the prize.

Conditions for redeeming the 1st and 2nd prizes:

  • The standard food and beverage offer for the selected accommodation type at Pical Resort 5*, Valamar Collection is included.
  • Booking dates are subject to availability and capacity at Pical Resort 5*, Valamar Collection.
  • The voucher is not valid for accommodation at Pical Beach House and excludes the V-Level Penthouse at Pical Hotel and the V-Level Panoramic Suite at Pical Suites 5*.
  • The winner may purchase additional nights, add extra guests, or book other services at standard rates.
  • The prize includes accommodation for two people in a single accommodation unit.
  • If the winner chooses to use the accommodation alone, i.e. without the company of another person, the unused part of the prize (for the second person) is forfeited and cannot be used later, transferred, or compensated.

PRIZE DRAW
Article 7

The public prize draw will take place at 10:00 on 19 December 2025 at the Valamar Diamant Hotel in Poreč, Croatia.

For the purpose of the draw, the Organiser will appoint a three-member panel to oversee the integrity of the prize draw. A notary public will also be present at the draw.
Winners will be drawn by random selection using a custom-built computer application that uses a random number generator. The chairperson of the panel will stop the randomization of the Entry Coupon numbers by pressing a button on the computer, thereby ensuring the objectivity of the draw. All prize winners will be drawn at the public prize draw.
No alternate winners will be drawn. However, the Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity of winners before awarding a prize (e.g., by calling the phone / mobile phone number provided in the entry form) and to disqualify any participants found to have provided incorrect or false information, or entered using inauthentic user accounts. If a drawn participant is found not to meet the eligibility criteria or to be in breach of the Rules, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn immediately.

The notary public will keep an official record of the draw proceedings. This record will include: the place and time of the draw, the class and registration number, the date of the prize game's approval, the date and name of the media where these Rules were published, the names and places of residence of the panel members, the winner selection method, the name, address, and prize details for each winner. The record, signed by the notary public and all panel members, will be submitted by the Organiser to the Ministry of Finance within eight days of the prize draw.

Each participant can be selected as a winner only once.

The Organiser will allow any natural and interested person to attend the draw.

The Organiser will notify the winners by telephone and in writing (by email) within eight days of the prize draw.

The Organiser will publicly announce the prize winners on its websites: www.valamar.com/hr/nagradne-igre and www.pical.valamar.com. This announcement will include the mandatory disclosure of the winners' personal data (full name and town/city of residence).

CLAIMING PRIZES
Article 8

Winners must contact the Organiser at social@valamar.com to arrange collection of their prize within 8 to 30 days of receiving written notification.

The prize is considered delivered when the Organiser emails the winner a voucher containing their unique participant number and personal details. This will be done within 24 hours of the winner contacting the Organiser to claim the prize.

If a winner does not contact the Organiser within 30 days of receiving notification, the Organiser shall notify them again within 8 days of that deadline expiring. The Organiser shall set a subsequent collection deadline, which shall be no less than 8 and no more than 15 days from the receipt of the second notification. If the winner fails to claim the prize within this extended deadline, they forfeit their right to the prize.

Upon delivery of the prize, all further obligations of the Organiser towards the winner cease, regardless of whether the winner ultimately uses the voucher or not.

Bookings using the accommodation voucher must be made in advance each year with the Valamar Reservation Centre, either by phone at +385 52 465 000 or by email at reservations@valamar.com.

Article 9

In the event that fewer eligible entries are received than the number of prizes available in the prize pool, only the number of prizes corresponding to the number of entries will be awarded.

Any unawarded part of the prize pool exceeding EUR 663.61 after the prize game ends (i.e., after the claim deadline expires, or in the event of cancellation or suspension) shall be sold by the Organiser at a public auction. The proceeds from the sale shall be paid into the state budget within 90 days of the prize claim deadline.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Article 10

Personal Data Protection Statement

The Organiser, Valamar Riviera joint-stock company for tourism, with its registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, VAT ID: 36201212847, as the Data Controller, guarantees the protection of participants' personal data in the prize game in accordance with applicable regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (the “General Data Protection Regulation”, GDPR).

By participating in the prize game, participants accept these Rules and acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by Valamar Riviera d.d. as the Data Controller.

Participants’ Personal Data

The Organiser processes the following personal data of participants:

  • full name;
  • address of residence;
  • phone/mobile number;
  • email address.

The data is primarily processed for the purposes of administering the prize game, including:

  • registering participants,
  • verifying eligibility,
  • contacting winners,
  • awarding and delivering prizes.

The legal basis for this processing is the participant's entry, through which they accept these Rules, thereby creating a contractual relationship between the participant and the Organiser.

All participants' user accounts will be deactivated no later than one week after the draw. Participants' personal data will be archived for a maximum of five years after the prize game ends, based on the Organiser's legitimate interest in defending against potential legal claims.

See also the section titled “Direct Marketing”.

Winners' Personal Data

Winners' personal data (full name, address of residence, prize details and value) will be recorded in the notary public's record, which shall be drawn up and retained in accordance with notarial regulations. This record is submitted to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia, which shall then become the data controller for the winners' personal data and process it accordingly.

The Organiser will keep the record of the prize draw until all awarded prizes have been redeemed, but for no longer than is required by applicable accounting and tax regulations. The record serves as credible evidence of prize awarding, particularly when a prize is redeemed over future periods, and is necessary for proper accounting.

In accordance with these Rules and legal obligations, the full name and town/city of residence of the winners will be publicly announced.

Winners will provide the additional personal data required for prize redemption. This data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser's policies for guests and will be retained until the prize is fully redeemed.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity of any person claiming a prize.

Data Processors

Personal data may be shared with Data Processors (e.g., technical partners, IT service providers) with whom the Organiser has appropriate data processing and confidentiality agreements in place.

IMPORTANT – Direct Marketing

The Organiser reserves the right to use Participants' contact details for direct marketing purposes, based on its legitimate interest. Direct marketing includes sending promotional messages about Valamar properties, accommodation offers, special deals, events, and related services. Messages may be sent by email, SMS, or instant messaging platforms such as Viber and WhatsApp.

By entering the prize game, Participants voluntarily establish a relationship with the Organiser, providing their contact details for the purpose of participation in the promotion and expressing interest in the prizes, which are the Organiser’s services – tourist accommodation and other services at Valamar properties. Based on this relationship, the Organiser believes that Participants have a reasonable expectation of being contacted with offers for similar services, which constitutes a legitimate interest for the Organiser.

Participants shall be informed of this processing upon registration. The Organiser has conducted a legitimate interest assessment to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. The balance of interests has been achieved by allowing a simple and free-of-charge way to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing at any time, namely:

  • by clicking on the objection field within the participant's user account during the prize game;
  • by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or blocking the sender in accordance with the rules of online channels;
  • by sending an email to dpo@valamar.com.

Any such objection will be accepted with no negative consequences for the participant's entry in the prize game.

Participant Rights

Participants have the right:

  • to access their personal data,
  • to rectify or erase their data,
  • to restrict processing,
  • to data portability,
  • to object to processing.

FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 11

The prize game can be cancelled, suspended, or postponed only in the event of circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control, which could not be prevented, eliminated, or avoided. Participants shall be informed of any cancellation, suspension, or postponement via the Organiser's websites: www.pical.valamar.com and https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games.

Article 12

The Organiser has paid 5% of the total value of the prize pool, as defined in these Rules, to the Croatian Red Cross.

Article 13

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties, registration errors, lack of internet connectivity, system errors, or other circumstances that may affect a participant's ability to enter the prize game.

By entering the prize game, participants are responsible for their own actions and any resulting damage, including any damage to the Organiser. Under no circumstances shall the Organiser be liable to participants, winners, or any third party for damages arising from participation in this prize game.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and referral activities. In the event of a confirmed breach of the rules, the associated entries will be void, and the participant may be disqualified from the prize game without prior notice. If damage is caused to the Organiser or a third party, the participant bears full responsibility, which may include legal consequences.

To protect against automated entries, the registration system includes a CAPTCHA check. Participants must successfully complete this check for their entry to be valid.

Participants are responsible for any tax obligations arising from winning a prize, in accordance with the laws of their country of residence or domicile. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any tax or other legal obligations that may arise for participants in connection with a prize, especially for participants residing outside the Republic of Croatia.

Article 14

A participant may withdraw from the prize game at any time before 11:59 PM on 18 December 2025 by submitting a written statement of withdrawal to social@valamar.com or by selecting the withdrawal option in their user account. Upon withdrawal, the participant's user account will be deactivated. If the participant re-registers, they will be assigned a new unique number and will forfeit any Entry Coupons earned from their previous entry.

Article 15

In the event of a dispute between the Organiser and a participant or winner, the parties will endeavour to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Croatia, with venue determined according to the registered office of Valamar. These Rules are governed by Croatian law.

Article 16

The Organiser reserves the right to interpret these Rules through its panel, which is responsible for implementing them.

This prize game is not in any way connected with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other social networks. These platforms are not involved in the organization, promotion, or sponsorship of the prize game.

These Rules are published in Croatian, Slovenian, German, and English. The governing version is the one in the Croatian language.
By participating in the prize game, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these Rules.
These Rules shall become effective after approval by the Ministry of Finance and publication on the Organiser’s website.

Terms & conditions of the contest

#LHFPLACES

Please read these Terms and Conditions before entering the contest.

1. Organizer

The Organizer of the contest #LHFPLACES is Valamar Riviera d.d., seated in Croatia, Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847 (further: Valamar).

2. Purpose of the contest

Purpose of this contest is to promote Obertauern [PLACES] HOTEL located in Obertauern in Austria, Hvar [PLACES] HOTEL by Valamar located on the island of Hvar and Dalmacija [PLACES] HOTEL located in Makarska, all managed by Valamar.

3. Who can participate in this contest?

Visitors of the Lighthouse festival which will be held on the Lanterna peninsula in Istria from 29th of May to 2ndof June, year 2024. Participants must be over 18 years old and have valid Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account.

Excluded from the contest are Valamar`s employees (and their close relatives), employees (and their close relatives) of the companies that are managed by Valamar, and employees of the DocLx Travel Event GmbH who is the organizer of the Lighthouse festival.

Participant`s country of residence is irrelevant.

No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.

Valamar reserves the right to disqualify the participant during the Contest in the event of any illegal acts and if Participants do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. How it works?

In order to enter the contest, it is necessary during the period from 30th of May to 1st of June, 2024, 17:59h, that the Participant publish the photo that they took at designated photo-point located at the Lighthouse PLACES poolside in Lighthouse festival, on their Facebook, Instagram or TikTok profile using #LHFPLACES (as confirmation of participation in contest).

There is no limit on the number of photos that one participant can publish.

All photos must be of original creation and under sole ownership of the participant as author of the photo.

5. Participant selection and winners

The winners will be participants whose published photos are in the top five the most creative photos, in the opinion of the Valamar Team. Therefore:

  • One of those five photos, in the opinion of the Valamar Team, will be declared as the best photo and the participant who published that photo will receive the first prize;
  • One of the remaining four photos, in the opinion of the Valamar Marketing Team, will be declared as the runner-up photo and the participant who published that photo will receive the second prize;
  • The remaining three photos will be rewarded with a consolation prize.

Only one Participant can be the winner only once.

6. Rewards:

Participants in this contest can win one of the following rewards:

The winner bears the travel expenses to the destination.

1st prize:
1 x 5 nights for 2 people at OBERTAUERN [PLACES] HOTEL, from hotel opening in 2024. until hotel closes in 2025., except between 24.12.2024.-06.01.2025. and 01.02.2025.-09.03.2025., in the period of their own choice but depending on the availability of the property. The winner bears the travel expenses to the destination.

2nd prize:
1 x 3 nights for 2 people at OBERTAUERN[PLACES] HOTEL, from hotel opening in 2024. until hotel closes in 2025., except between 24.12.2024.-06.01.2025. and 01.02.2025.-01.03.2025., in the period of their own choice but depending on the availability of the property. The winner bears the travel expenses to the destination.

Consolation prizes:
3 x PLACES by Valamar promotional package. Each winner of the consolation prize will win one consolation prize.

The winners – their user names will be announced on Valamar All you can holiday Facebook, Instagram and TikTok page within a week of the termination of the contest.

All winners will be contacted by Valamar’s Team through official Valamar social media profiles, Facebook and/or Instagram and/or Tiktok and will be requested to contact Valamar via the email address marketing@valamar.com within 72 hours in order to obtain more information on how to claim their reward.

There is no other consolation prize and the Organizer shall not give out any additional rewards except for the rewards stated in these Terms and Conditions. Participants who take part in this contest will not have the right to demand a reward different from the one stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Each participant selected as the winner will not be able to give the reward to someone else or designate someone else as the winner. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or benefits in kind such as gift vouchers. The prizes are non-transferable.

If any participant selected as the winner is not eligible as a winner according to these Terms and Conditions and / or is disqualified for any reason, and / or If the winners do not provide or do not timely submit their personal information to the Organizer, or if they provide incomplete or inaccurate and / or if it is not possible to inform them on the contact information and / or in case of violation of these Terms and / or if they do not accept the prize or if they do not respond to the prize notification, all within the deadline set by the Organizer, the winners lose the right to the prize. Valamar reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, at the sole discretion of the Valamar.

7. Personal Information, Privacy Policy

By participating in the competition, the Participants automatically acknowledge and accept that Valamar, as data controller, will process their provided personal data (user name). Valamar guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

The Participants always have the right to request access to the collected personal data, to the correction of personal data, to cease participation in this contest and to erase personal data and all other rights in accordance with EU GDPR contacting Valamar on e-mail dpo@valamar.com. While participating in the Contest, please:

  • protect your and others privacy by keeping in mind that photos and your comments are public;
  • please be aware that if there are persons on the photos that is considered as personal information as well as any other information that may make possible for someone to reasonably identify person;
  • don’t share personal information about You or other persons especially the children that You or they may not want to make available to the public;
  • do not include personal information about any third party that has not been voluntarily made available by them for You to share in your posts.

8. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are not responsible for, nor do they have anything to do with the promotion of the contest and are free from all responsibilities towards each individual participant. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are in no way sponsor or manage the contest nor is the contest in any way related to Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok.

9. General Provisions

By participating in the Contest, the Participants represent and warrant that they have right to participate in this Contest and that they are the authors of published photos and shall solely be liable for any and all actions (criminal/civil) arising therefrom and shall also be liable to indemnify the Valamar for any loss, claim, dispute, disrepute, disruption caused to it.

Also, if Participants have posted any content (including photos, messages, comments, any personal data, etc.) Valamar will consider that participants have all the necessary authorizations to post such content. By such publication using #LHFPLACES, the Contest participants grant Valamar permission to use the entire published content for marketing and any other Valamar`s commercial purposes.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any content submitted on the Valamar All you can holiday ' Facebook page, if the Content is in any way, in the opinion of the Valamar Team, considered to be obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable or inappropriate.

The Organizer is not responsible for the speed of the Internet connection used by the participant or for any consequences arising from the quality of the Internet connection, disconnection or any other difficulties that the participant may have during its participation.

By participation in the contest (i.e. posting photos taken at the designated photo-point with #LHFPLACES), the Participants automatically accept the current official Terms and Conditions.

1. Organizer

The Organizer of the contest: Let the camping rhyme in Istra begin!, is Valamar Riviera d.d., seated in Croatia, Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847 (further: Valamar).

2. Purpose of the contest

This contest aims to promote Valamar`s camp – Valamar Camping Istra.

3. Who can participate in this contest?

Followers (over 18 years old) of Valamar Camping and/or Valamar Camping Istra profiles on Instagram and Facebook, other than employees (and their close relatives) of Valamar and companies that are managed by Valamar.

Participant`s country of residence is irrelevant.

Valamar reserves the right to disqualify the participant during the Content in the event of any illegal acts and if Participants do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. How it works?

On Valamar Camping and Valamar Camping Istra profiles on Instagram and Facebook, Valamar will post this Contest with the caption: ⛺️✨ Let the camping rhyme in Istra begin!! ⛺️✨ on April 21st 2025.

In order to enter the contest, it is necessary during the period April 21st 2025 to April 30th 2025, 23:59h, to write a creative best spring camping rhyme or jingle — think blooming flowers, seaside sunsets, and the fresh vibes of spring! and share it in the comments of the Valamar`s post of this Contest.

There is no limit on the number of comments that one participant can share.

All comments must be of original creation and under sole ownership of the participant as author of the comment.

In the event that a participant stops following the profile through which they participated in this contest, before the winner is announced, they will cease to be a participant and cannot be chosen as the winner.

5. Participant selection and winners

The winners will be participants whose comments are the most creative, original, and relevant to the theme.

A total of 4 most creative comments, in the opinion of the Valamar Social Media Team, will be declared as winning comments. The selection process is internal and based on subjective criteria; the decision of the jury is final and cannot be appealed.

Only one Participant can be the winner only once.

6. Rewards

Participants in this contest can win the following rewards:

The winners – their user names will be announced on Valamar Camping and Valamar Camping Istra profiles on Instagram and Facebook on May 2nd 2025.

All winners will be contacted by Valamar’s social media team through Valamar Camping and Valamar Camping Istra profiles on Instagram and Facebook and will be requested to contact Valamar via the email address social@valamar.com within 72 hours in order to obtain more information on how to claim their reward.

There is no consolation prize and the Organizer shall not give out any additional rewards except for the rewards stated in these Terms and Conditions. Participants who take part in this contest will not have the right to demand a reward different from the one stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Each participant selected as the winner will not be able to give the reward to someone else or designate someone else as the winner. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or benefits in kind such as gift vouchers. The prizes are non-transferable.

If any participant selected as the winner is not eligible as a winner according to these Terms and Conditions and / or is disqualified for any reason, and / or If the winners do not provide or do not timely submit their personal information to the Organizer, or if they provide incomplete or inaccurate and / or if it is not possible to inform them on the contact information and / or in case of violation of these Terms and / or if they do not accept the prize or if they do not respond to the prize notification, all within the deadline set by the Organizer, the winners lose the right to the prize. 9. General Provisions

By participating in the Contest, the Participants represent and warrant that they have right to participate in this Contest and that they are the authors of shared content and shall solely be liable for any and all actions (criminal/civil) arising therefrom and shall also be liable to indemnify the Valamar for any loss, claim, dispute, disrepute, disruption caused to it.

Also, if Participants have posted any content (including photos, messages, comments, any personal data, etc.) Valamar will consider that participants have all the necessary authorizations to post such content. Participants must ensure that their submissions do not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

The Organizer is not responsible for the speed of the Internet connection used by the participant or for any consequences arising from the quality of the Internet connection, disconnection, or any other difficulties that the participant may have during its participation.

By participation in the contest (commenting on the Contest announcement post), the Participants automatically accept the current official Terms and Conditions. Participants, by accepting the participation rules, fully waive any claims against the Organizer for any form of compensation for costs or damages that may arise during the fulfillment of the task prescribed by these rules.

RULES OF THE PRIZE GAME

“Win a Seven-Day Stay in 2026!”

Article 1

The Organiser of the prize game entitled “Win a Seven-Day Stay in 2026!” is Valamar Riviera joint-stock company for tourism, with registered seat in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, PIN: 36201212847 (hereinafter referred to as: the Organiser).

Valamar Riviera d.d. is the owner of tourist business facilities, but also the manager of tourist business facilities of the company Imperial Riviera dioničko društvo za turizam /Imperial Riviera joint-stock company for tourism/, with registered seat in Rab, Jurja Barakovića 2, PIN: 90896496260 and HELIOS FAROS dioničko društvo za ugostiteljstvo /HELIOS FAROS joint-stock company for hospitality/, with registered seat in Stari Grad, Naselje Helios 5, PIN: 48594515409 (Imperial Riviera d.d. and HELIOS FAROS d.d. hereinafter jointly referred to as: the Partners), with which it has concluded agreements regarding the management of the hotel and tourist facilities and amenities. The tourist facilities include hotels, suites and camping resorts (the tourist business facilities of the Organiser and the Partners hereinafter jointly referred to as: the Facilities).

The prize game is organised in order to motivate the guests at the Facilities to fill out a service satisfaction survey, all for the purpose of improving catering and other services at the Facilities managed by the Organiser. Surveys in paper form shall be distributed to guests at the Facilities in which they are staying (except for [PLACES] Dalmacija by Valamar, [PLACES] Hvar by Valamar and Valamar Amicor Resort, which operate digitally, i.e. paperlessly), while the guests at all the Facilities shall receive surveys in electronic form by e-mail (if they have an e-mail address).

Article 2

The prize game shall be held at all the Facilities from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 and shall have only one round.

Article 3

The rules of the prize game, including the class, registration number and date of issuance of the approval of the Ministry of Finance, shall be published on the Organiser’s website: https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games.

The right to participate in the prize game is granted to guests over the age of 18 staying at the Facilities, regardless of the price and length of stay, in the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 who register their participation in accordance with these Rules during that period.

To participate in the prize game, the survey needs to be completed in paper or electronic form.

In order to ensure valid participation in the prize game by completing the survey in paper form, the participants are required to fill in their information (name, surname, address and e-mail) in the space provided on the survey, give their consent to participate in the prize game, sign the survey and place it in the marked box next to the reception desk of the Facility they are staying at.

In order to ensure valid participation in the prize game by completing the survey in electronic form, the participants are required to fill in their information (name, surname, address and e-mail) in the space provided, give their consent to participate in the prize game and submit the completed survey via an online application.

Article 4

The participants may complete one paper survey and/or one electronic survey for each consecutive stay.

Article 5

The employees of the Organiser, Imperial Riviera d.d. and HELIOS FAROS d.d. and their immediate family members may not participate in the prize game.

Article 6

The prize fund includes 10 x seven-day stay worth EUR 2,500.00 at one of the facilities (hotels, suites, camping resorts) owned by the Organiser, Imperial Riviera d.d. or HELIOS FAROS d.d. in the 2026 season, chosen by the winner, but in accordance with Valamar’s capabilities.

The total value of the prize fund is EUR 25,000.00 (10 x EUR 2,500.00).
The prize cannot be exchanged for money. The prize cannot be exchanged for another prize or transferred to another person.
The winner shall bear the travel expenses to the destination.

Article 7

All submitted surveys in paper form that are legibly completed shall be scanned and stored in a computer database, and each survey shall be assigned a computer-generated number. Surveys completed in electronic form shall be automatically stored in the same computer database, and each survey shall be assigned a computer-generated number.

To draw the winning surveys, the Organiser shall appoint a three-member committee that shall supervise the correctness of the draw.

During the public draw, the winning survey shall be selected by the chairman of the committee by pressing a button on the computer, stopping at a random survey number.

In the event that the selected winning survey does not contain all the information on the participant in the space provided or does not contain other information referred to in Article 3, paragraphs 4 and 5 of these Rules, it shall be disregarded.

All interested parties can attend the public draw.

The public draw shall be held on 21 January 2026 from 2 p.m. at the registered seat of the Organiser at the address Valamar Riviera d.d., Stancija Kaligari 1, 52440 Poreč.

A log on the drawing process shall be kept.

Article 8

The result of the draw shall be published on the Organiser’s website: https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games within 8 (eight) days from the date the winners are drawn.

The winners shall be informed of their prizes via e-mail within 8 days from the draw.

Article 9

In order to agree on the use of the prize, the winners shall contact the Valamar Reservation Centre within 30 days from receiving written notification of the prize by post to the address Valamar Riviera d.d., Valamar rezervacijski centar, Stancija Kaligari 1, 52440 Poreč or by telephone at +385 52 465 000 or by e-mail at reservations@valamar.com.

If the prize winners do not agree on the use of the prize within 30 days from receiving a notification of the prize, the Organiser shall notify them again about the prize within 8 days of the expiry of the abovementioned period and to set a new deadline for claiming the prizes, which cannot be shorter than 8 nor longer than 15 days from the date of receipt of the notification. If the winner does not claim the prize within the new deadline, they lose the right to it.

Article 10

All further obligations of the Organiser to the prize winner shall cease upon acceptance of the prize.

Article 11

In the event that fewer participants participate in the prize game than the number of prizes provided for in the prize fund, the number of prizes awarded shall be equal to the number of participants in the prize game.

The Organiser shall sell the prize fund worth more than EUR 663.61 that is not distributed after the end of the prize game (after the deadline for claiming the prizes has expired, the prize game has been cancelled, terminated or put on hold), and pay the funds received from the sale into the state budget within 90 days from the deadline for claiming the prizes.

Article 12

The prize game may be cancelled, terminated or put on hold only in the event of circumstances for which the Organiser is not responsible, or which the Organiser could not prevent, remedy or avoid. The participants shall be notified of the cancellation, termination or putting the prize game on hold via the Organiser’s website: https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games.

Article 13

The participants accept the rights and obligations under these Rules.
The Rules shall come into effect after they have been approved by the Ministry of Finance and published on the Organiser’s website.

Article 14

The Organiser shall retain all personal data of participants collected during this prize game. Personal data necessary for participation in the prize game shall be used for the purpose of organising the prize game and shall be deleted within 5 years from the end of the prize game. The log of the draw process, which is submitted to the competent ministry, shall include the name, surname and contact information (e-mail, telephone number, address). When publishing the results of the draw on the Organiser’s website, the name, surname and country of residence shall be published. In the event that the selected participant completed the survey electronically, the necessary data shall be obtained from the booking confirmation. In the event that the selected participants book their accommodation, their personal data shall also be processed for the purpose of booking the accommodation, in which case the personal data shall also be stored by the company with which the booking shall be made in accordance with the applicable privacy rules.

The Organiser also has a legitimate interest in processing the participants’ personal data for direct marketing purposes, primarily for the purpose of sending marketing messages (newsletters) via e-mail, SMS and/or instant messaging platforms (Viber, WhatsApp, etc.).

All the participants’ personal data (including answers to all questions) shall be kept in the Organiser’s guest database. The participants' data may also be visible to processors that shall delete them immediately after processing.

The participants have the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data from the Organiser as the data controller, as well as the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority and other rights in accordance with the regulations governing the personal data protection. The participants may contact the Data Protection Officer with regard to the processing and rights related to personal data by e-mail at dpo@valamar.com or by post to the address: Valamar Riviera d.d., Stancija Kaligari 1, Poreč – attn. Article 15

The Organiser undertakes to pay 5% of the determined value of the prize fund referred to in Article 6 hereof to the Croatian Red Cross.

Article 16

In the event of a dispute between the Organiser and the participants in the prize game, the court with actual jurisdiction according to the Organiser's registered seat shall have jurisdiction.

Please read these Rules before participating in the prize game.

1. The Organiser

The Organiser of the prize game entitled “Win a Seven-Day Stay!” is Valamar Riviera d.d., Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, Croatia, Valamar Riviera d.d., Zweigniederlassung Austria Obertauern branch, Gamsleitenstraße 6, Austria, Landesgericht Salzburg FN 583355 a, VAT ID: ATU 78289647 (hereinafter referred to as: Valamar).

2. Purpose and duration

The prize game is organised in order to motivate the guests of the following hotels:
1) [PLACES] Obertauern by Valamar
2) Valamar Obertauern Hotel
3) Kesselspitze Hotel & Chalet, Valamar Collection
(hereinafter jointly referred to as: Hotels) to complete a guest satisfaction survey with the aim of increasing the quality of service. Surveys in paper form shall be distributed to guests at the Hotels in which they are staying, except for [PLACES] Obertauern by Valamar, which operates digitally, i.e. paperlessly, while the guests of all the Hotels shall receive surveys in electronic form by e-mail (if they have an e-mail address).

The prize game shall be held at the abovementioned hotels from 24 November 2024 to 21 April 2025 and shall have only one round.

3. Who can participate?

All guests of the Hotels over the age of 18 are eligible to participate, regardless of price and length of stay.

Valamar employees and their immediate family members may not participate in the prize game.

4. How to participate in the prize game?

To participate in the prize game, the guests of the Hotels must complete the guest satisfaction survey form between 24 November 2024 and 21 April 2025 and put it in a visibly marked box next to the reception of the hotel in which they are staying. To participate in the prize game, participants are required to enter their details (name, surname and e-mail address) in the space provided on the survey form and give their consent to participate in the prize game by checking the box on the survey form and signing at the bottom of the satisfaction survey.

The guests of the Hotels may complete one survey form per stay.

5. The prize

The prize:
1 x stay worth EUR 3,500.00 in one of the facilities (hotels, apartments, campsites) managed by Valamar in Austria or Croatia in the 2025 season, chosen by the winner, but in accordance with Valamar's capabilities.

The prize cannot be exchanged for money. The prize cannot be exchanged for another prize or transferred to another person.

The winner shall bear the travel expenses to the destination.

6. Prize draw

All submitted survey forms that are legibly completed shall be scanned and stored in a computer database. Each survey form shall be given its own number in the computer programme in which the survey forms shall be stored, and the chairman of the commission shall stop the changing survey numbers at one number by pressing a button on the computer.

The winning survey form shall be determined in the abovementioned manner.

The public prize draw shall take place at Valamar Riviera d.d., Stancija Kaligari 1, 52440 Poreč, on 14 May 2025, starting at 2:00 p.m.

In the event that the drawn survey does not contain all the required participant information (name, surname and e-mail address) in the space provided on the survey form, another survey shall be drawn.

The correctness of the draw shall be monitored by a three-member committee appointed by Valamar.

A log on the drawing process shall be kept.

All interested parties can attend the public draw.

7. Claiming the prize

The result of the draw shall be published on the website https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games within 8 (eight) days from the date the winner is drawn.

The winners shall be informed about the prize by e-mail within 8 (eight) days of the date of the draw.

In order to agree on the use of the prize, the winner shall contact the Valamar Reservation Centre within 30 days of receiving written notification of the prize, at:

If the prize winner does not agree on the use of the prize within the specified period, the Organiser is obliged to notify him or her again about the prize within 8 days of the expiry of the abovementioned period and to set a new deadline for claiming the prize, which cannot be shorter than 8 nor longer than 15 days from the date of receipt of the notification.

If the winner does not claim the prize within the new deadline, he or she loses the right to it.

All further obligations of the Organiser to the prize winner shall cease upon acceptance of the prize.

8. Information on the processing of personal data

Valamar guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with personal data protection regulations. The participants in the prize game accept these Rules and confirm that they are aware of the processing of personal data (name, surname, e-mail) by Valamar as the data controller, which processes the participants’ personal data for the purpose of conducting the prize game. The participants have the right to request access to personal data, their modification or rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data (right to be forgotten) at any time, as well as the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. The participants also have other rights set out in the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. The winner’s name and surname shall be published on the Valamar website. 9. Final provisions

The rules of the prize game shall be available at the receptions of the Hotels and on the website of Valamar Riviera d.d. https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games.

By participating in the prize game, participants accept and confirm that they are aware of the rights and obligations under these Rules.

The prize game may be cancelled, terminated or put on hold only in the event of circumstances for which the Organiser is not responsible, or which the Organiser could not prevent, remedy or avoid. The participants shall be notified of the cancellation, termination or putting the prize game on hold via the Valamar website https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games.

In the event of a dispute between the Organiser and the participants, the parties shall attempt to resolve all disputes by amicable agreement, and if this is not possible, the disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Austria, and territorial jurisdiction shall be determined according to the registered office of Valamar Riviera d.d., Zweigniederlassung Austria. Austrian law shall apply to these Rules.

The Contest is organized for the purpose of promoting Valamar Loves Bike on social media and cycling in general. The Contest runs from September 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025, 23:59:59 CET.

3. Eligibility

All adults who have an Instagram, Facebook, or Strava profile registered on the Valamar Loves Bike Club are eligible, except for Valamar employees, their close relatives, and all persons directly or indirectly connected with the organization or evaluation of the Contest. Each participant may only participate on their own behalf, and by entering, confirms that all personal data provided belongs to them. The participant’s country of residence is irrelevant.

Valamar reserves the right to disqualify any participant during the Contest in case of unlawful activity, or if posts are offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable at Valamar’s discretion. Such posts will be removed.

4. How to Participate

Participants may enter with multiple posts, but may be selected only once. The deadline for posting is December 31, 2025, at 23:59:59 CET.

  • The description must include the hashtag #bikeasyouare.
  • Profiles and posts must be public so that entries can be tracked.

  • Club members may post their rides, cycling moments, and experiences at any time, including during the Contest period. Posts may be shared without entering, i.e., without using the #bikeasyouare hashtag.
  • To participate in the Contest, the post description within the Club must include the #bikeasyouare hashtag.
  • Contest participation is open from September 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025, 23:59:59 CET.
  • All posts received by December 31, 2025, at 23:59:59 CET will be considered for prizes.
  • Posts submitted after the deadline will not be taken into account regarding the contest.

5. Winner Selection

The Grand Prize will be awarded to the post that most originally and authentically reflects the spirit of #bikeasyouare and passion for cycling. Twelve additional prizes will be awarded to authors of posts that, in Valamar’s judgment, rank immediately after the Grand Prize winner. Winners will be selected by a three-member Valamar team.

6. Prizes

The names/usernames of winners will be published on Valamar’s website within 20 days after the end of the Contest. Winners will be contacted via the social networks on which they submitted their entry. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other items or cash. Valamar will not award any additional prizes beyond those listed. All entries across the three platforms will be considered together. If winners do not meet the eligibility requirements or are disqualified for any reason, Valamar reserves the right to select alternate winners or withhold the prize.

7. Personal Data and Privacy Policy

Valamar guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By entering the Contest, participants accept these Rules and acknowledge that Valamar Riviera d.d., as data controller, processes their personal data. Participants may at any time request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing (right to be forgotten), or lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Other rights are defined by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

10. General Provisions

By posting content on Valamar’s Instagram and Facebook profiles or within the Valamar Loves Bike Club on Strava, participants confirm that such content has been shared voluntarily. Valamar is not liable for the content of such posts, nor for misuse of such content by third parties. Participants guarantee that they hold all necessary rights to publish the submitted content. By entering the Contest, participants accept responsibility for their conduct and any resulting damage, including any damage to Valamar. Under no circumstances shall Valamar be liable to participants, winners, or any third party for damages arising from participation in the Contest.

Valamar reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to amend these Rules, which shall take effect immediately upon publication. Valamar also reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to cancel the Contest.

In case of dispute between the organizer and participants, parties will endeavor to resolve amicably. If that is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Croatia, with local jurisdiction determined by Valamar’s registered office. CONTEST RULES

"Win a seven-day stay!"

The organiser of the prize game called "Win a seven-day stay!" is Valamar Marietta GmbH.

The prize game has been organised to motivate hotel guests to fill out a customer satisfaction survey, with the aim of improving quality of service.

The prize game will be held at the facilities of the organiser between 30 November 2023 and 14 April 2024; there will be only one round.

The rules of the prize game will be published at the reception of Valamar Obertauern [Places] Hotel, and on the Valamar website at www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games.

All guests of the Organiser's facilities older than 18 years of age may participate by filling out a electronic survey form between 30 November 2023 and 14 April 2024; all guests may participate regardless of the price or length of their stay. To participate in the contest, participants must fill in their personal data (first name, last name and e-mail address) in the appropriate spaces on the survey form; they must also provide their consent to participate in the contest by marking the appropriate field on the form.

Guests of the Organiser's facility have the right to complete one survey form per stay.

Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family are not allowed to participate.

  • 1x seven-day stay in the Organizer’s hotel or in one of the facilities (hotel, apartment, campsite) operated by Valamar Riviera d.d., Stancija Kaligari 1, Poreč, Croatia, during the 2024 season; the winner may select the facility of his/her choice subject to the current availability of the Organiser.
  • * The seven-day stay in the Organiser's hotel or in one of the hotels of Valamar Riviera d.d., Stancija Kaligari 1, Poreč, Croatia, is valid for two guests and includes half-board.

    The prizes cannot be exchanged for money.

    All survey forms submitted that have been legibly filled out will be scanned and stored in a digital database.

    In accordance with the programme in which the survey forms will be stored, each form will receive a number. To select a winner, the programme will cycle the numbers of the forms at high speed, and the president of the commission will stop the cycle by pressing a key on the computer, leaving only one number on the screen.

    This number will correspond to the number of the winning survey form.

    The public drawing will be held at Valamar Riviera d.d., Stancija Kaligari 1, 52440 Poreč, Croatia, on 16 May 2024 at 2:00PM.

    If the selected survey form does not contain all of the participant's data (first name, last name and e-mail address) in the appropriate spaces, another form will be drawn.

    A three-member commission appointed by Valamar Riviera will supervise the drawing.

    Minutes will be taken of the drawing.

    All interested parties may attend the public drawing.

    The results of the drawing will be published on the website of Valamar Riviera d.d. at www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games within 8 (eight) days of the drawing.

    The winner will be notified of the prize via e-mail within 8 (eight) days of the drawing.

    To take advantage of his/her prize, the winner must contact the Valamar Riviera booking centre within 30 days of receiving written notice of having won using the following contact information:

    If the winner does not contact the Organiser within the time frame specified in this article, the Organiser is required to contact the winner again within 8 days of the expiry of the aforementioned period, as well as to determine an extension of the period in which the winner may "collect" the prize, which is to be no shorter than 8 days and no longer than 15 days after the receipt of the written notice.

    If the winner does not collect his/her prize within the extended period, he/she loses the right to the prize.

    Once the prize is collected, the Organiser shall be considered to have no further obligations towards the winner.

    The contest may be cancelled, terminated, or delayed only in circumstances for which the Organizer cannot be held responsible i.e. could not prevent, remedy or avoid. Participants will be informed of the cancellation, termination or delay of the contest via Valamar's website at www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games.

    Participants who take part in the contest accept the rights and obligations arising from these Rules.

    Pursuant to the provision of Article 69 Of the Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette 87/09, 35/13, 158/13, 41/14, 143/14 and 114/22), Regulation on the organization of prize games (Official Gazette 8/10) with the prior approval of the Ministry of Finance, Class: UP/I-460-02/23-01/547, Reg. No.: 513-07-21-01-23-2 dated 21 December 2023, VALAMAR RIVIERA joint stock company for tourism, with its headquarters in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, provides the following:

    PRIZE GAME RULES

    "Win a seven-day stay in 2025!"

    Article 1.

    The organizer of the prize game called "Win a seven-day stay in 2025!" is VALAMAR RIVIERA joint stock company for tourism, with its headquarters in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Organizer).

    Valamar Riviera d.d. owns tourist business facilities, but also manages tourist business facilities of IMPERIAL RIVIERA joint stock company for tourism, based in Rab, Jurja Barakovića 2, OIB: 90896496260 and HELIOS FAROS joint stock company for catering, based in Stari Grad, Naselje Helios 5, OIB: 48594515409, (IMPERIAL RIVIERA d.d. and HELIOS FAROS d.d. together: Partners) with which it has concluded Contracts in relation to the management of hotel and tourist facilities. Tourist facilities represent hotels, apartments and camps (tourist business facilities of the Organizer and the Partners together hereinafter: Facilities).

    The prize game is organized in order to motivate the guests of the Facilities to fill out a survey on satisfaction with the service, all for improving catering and other services in the Facilities managed by the Organizer. Surveys in paper form are given to guests in the Facilities where they are staying (except in [PLACES] Dalmacija by Valamar, [PLACES] Hvar by Valamar and Valamar Amicor Resort that operate digitally or paperless), while surveys in electronic form are sent to guests in all Facilities via e-mail (if e-mail exists).

    Article 2.

    The prize game is held in all Facilities in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024. and has only one round.

    Article 3.

    The rules of the prize game, stating the class, registration number and date of issuing the approval of the Ministry of Finance, will be published on the Organizer's website: https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games.

    Guests over the age of 18 who stay in the Facilities in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024. have the right to participate in the prize draw, regardless of the price and length of stay, if in that period they register their participation in accordance with these Rules.

    Participation in the prize game can be completed by filling out the survey in paper and / or electronic form.

    To validly participate in the prize game by filling out the in paper form, participants are required to enter their details (name, surname, e-mail address and contact number) in the designated place on the survey, give consent to participate in the prize draw, sign the survey form and put it in the marked box next to the reception of the Facility where they are staying.

    For valid participation in the prize game by filling out the survey in electronic form, participants are required to enter their data (name, surname and e-mail address) in the space provided, give consent to participate in the prize game and submit a completed survey via on online application.

    Article 4.

    Participants have the right to fill in one paper survey form and / or one survey form in electronic form for each uninterrupted stay.

    Article 5.

    Employees of the Organizer and companies IMPERIAL RIVIERA d.d. and HELIOS FAROS d.d., nor members of their immediate family cannot participate in the prize game.

    Article 6.

    The prize fund consists of 10 x seven-day stays in the 2025 season in one of the Facilities at the choice of the award winner, depending on the availability and capacity of the Facility.*

    The total value of the prize fund is EUR 12.000,00 (10 x EUR 1.200,00).

    Prizes are not exchangeable for money.

    * A seven-day stay in one of the hotels owned by the Organizer, IMPERIAL RIVIERA d.d. or HELIOS FAROS d.d. is valid for two persons and includes half board.

    * A seven-day stay in one of the apartments owned by the Organizer, IMPERIAL RIVIERA d.d. or HELIOS FAROS d.d. is valid for two persons.

    * A seven-day stay in one of the campsites owned by the Organizer, IMPERIAL RIVIERA d.d. or HELIOS FAROS d.d. is valid for the winner and for up to 6 persons who would stay with the winner and for one vehicle (1 car and 1 car trailer or 1 tent, or 1 camper).

    Article 7.

    All submitted paper survey forms that are clearly completed will be scanned and stored in a computer database and each survey form will receive its own number, according to the computer program. Surveys completed in electronic form are automatically stored in the same computer database and receive their number according to the computer program.

    For the drawing of winning forms, the Organizer will appoint a three-member board that will monitor the correctness of the drawing.

    The winning survey form will be chosen by the chairman of the board at the public draw by pressing a button on the computer that stops the changing numbers of the survey forms.

    In the event that the drawn survey form does not contain all the information about the participant in the space provided on the survey form or does not contain other information from Article 3, paragraphs 4 and 5 of these Rules, it will not be taken into consideration.

    All interested participants can attend the public draw.

    The public drawing of prizewinners will take place on January 22, 2025. starting at 2 pm at the Organizer's headquarters at Valamar Riviera d.d., Stancija Kaligari 1, 52440 Poreč.

    Minutes are kept of the course of the draw.

    Article 8.

    The results of the draw will be published on the Organizer's website: https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games winning-games within 8 days from the day of the draw.

    Prizewinners will be notified of the prize by e-mail within 8 days of the draw date.

    Article 9.

    In order to make arrangements on the use of the prize, prize winners should, within 30 days of receiving written notice of the prize, contact the Valamar Reservation Center by mail to Valamar Riviera d.d., Valamar Reservation Center, Stancija Kaligari 1, 52440 Poreč, by phone at +385 52 465 000 or by e-mail address reservations@valamar.com.

    If the prize winners do not arrange the use of the prize within 30 days of receiving the notification of the prize, the Organizer is obliged to notify them again within 8 days of the expiration of the above period, and set a subsequent deadline for "collection" of prizes which may not be shorter than 8 nor longer than 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice. If the prizewinner does not collect his prize in the subsequent deadline, he will lose the right to the prize.

    Article 10.

    All further obligations of the prize game Organizer towards the prizewinner cease after the collection of the prize.

    Article 11.

    In the event that fewer participants are included in the prize draw than the number of prizes provided for in the prize fund, as many prizes will be awarded, as there were participants in the prize draw.

    The Organizer is obliged to sell the prize fund in the value of more than EUR 663,61, which is not given out after the end of the prize game (after the deadline for collecting prizes, termination of the prize game, cancellation or putting it on standby) at a public tender and transfer the money received from the sale into the state budget within 90 days from the expiration date of the deadline for collecting prizes.

    Article 12.

    The prize draw may be canceled, interrupted or put on hold only in the event of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, or which he could not prevent, eliminate or avoid. Participants will be notified of the cancellation, termination or putting the prize game on hold via the Organizer's website: https://www.valamar.com/en/prize-winning-games.

    Article 13.

    Prize game participants accept the rights and obligations under these Rules.
    The Rules come into force after they are approved by the Ministry of Finance and are published on the Organizer's website.

    Article 14.

    The Organizer will keep all personal data of participants collected during this prize draw. Personal data necessary for participation in the prize game will be used for conducting the prize game and will be deleted within 5 years after the end of the prize game. The name, surname and contact info (e-mail address, telephone number, address) of the winners shall be stated in the minutes on the course of the draw, which shall be submitted to the competent ministry. When publishing the results of the draw on the Organizer's website, the name, surname and country of residence will be published. In case the awarded participant has filled in the survey in electronic form, the necessary data will be extracted from the booking confirmation. In the event that the winners book their accommodation, personal data will be processed for booking accommodation, in which case the personal data will be kept by the companies where the reservation will be made in accordance with applicable privacy rules.

    The organizer also has a legitimate interest in processing personal data of participants, which is carried out for direct marketing purposes, primarily for the purpose of sending marketing messages (newsletters) via e-mail, SMS and / or instant messaging platform (Viber, WhatsApp, etc.).

    All personal data of participants (including answers to all questions) will be stored in the guest database of the Organizer. Participant data may also be visible to processors who delete it immediately after processing.

    Participants have the right to request from the Organizer, as the controller, the access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data processing and the right to complain to the supervisory authority and other rights in accordance with regulations governing the protection of personal data. Participants can contact the Personal Data Protection Officer regarding the processing and rights related to personal data by e-mail dpo@valamar.com or by mail to the address: Valamar Riviera d.d., Stancija Kaligari 1, Poreč - for DPO.

    Article 15.

    The organizer undertakes to pay 5% of the determined value of the prize fund referred to in Article 6 of these Rules in favor of the Croatian Red Cross.

    Article 16.

    In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and a participant in the prize draw, the jurisdiction of the court is determined by the Organizer's headquarters.
