ACSI 2026

Valamar Camping Lanterna won an ACSI Award in the category "Campsite with the best sanitary facilities in Croatia". Naturally, we are very proud of this. Campsite visitors throughout Europe have once again voted en masse for their favourite campsites and we have emerged as one of the winners. We would like to express our deep-felt thanks to those who voted for us and hope to see you at our beautiful campsite.

ADAC Superplatz 2026.

Winner of the “ADAC Superplatz” award as one of Europe’s best campsites.

ANWB Top 2026

‘ANWB Top’ is an award of the Royal Dutch Touring Club for best campsites in Europe. The ANWB association carries out fully independent inspections of over 1800 campsites.

INOVACAMP 2023

The Commission of the Croatian Camping Union has awarded Valamar Camping Lanterna the INOVACAMP 2023 special recognition for the innovative concept of the Parenzana sanitary facility.

Best Camps

Valamar Camping Lanterna won third place in the “Best Campsite 2023” competition in the category of large campsites in the Kvarner region, as chosen by Slovenian guests.

DCC Europe Platinum 2022

The German camping club DCC (Deutscher Camping-Club) awarded the Valamar Camping Lanterna with the prestigious DCC Europe Platinum Award for 2022. Valamar Camping Lanterna is the only Croatian winner of the DCC Europe Platinum Award for year 2022, also the most prestigious DCC award.

Ecolabel

EU Ecolabel is the European Commission's label of environmental excellence confirming that Valamar's products and services with this label meet environmental standards.

ISO 14001

High standard of environmental protection, established and certified environmental management system, in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. The adopted environmental protection policy focusing on compliance with legal requirements, protection and rational use of natural resources, prevention of pollution, ensuring the conditions for separate waste collection, employee training, continuous improvement and care about the prevention of pollution.
