Notice on submitting written complaints

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 10 of the Hospitality Industry Act (for facilities in Croatia) and according to § 5a of the Consumer Protection Act (for facilities in Austria), we inform you that you can send a written complaint about the provided service, purchased goods, or our business dealings with you to the following addresses:

We will respond to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
To be able to respond to the complaint, please provide details for receiving the response, as well as information about the nature of the complaint (especially about the object to which the complaint relates).
