ACSI 2026

Valamar Camping Istra won an ACSI Award in the category "Most dog-friendly campsite in Croatia". Naturally, we are very proud of this. Campsite visitors throughout Europe have once again voted en masse for their favourite campsites and we have emerged as one of the winners. ANWB Top 2026

‘ANWB Top’ is an award of the Royal Dutch Touring Club for best campsites in Europe. The ANWB association carries out fully independent inspections of over 1800 campsites.

Valamar Camping Ježevac won third place in the “Best Campsite 2023” competition in the category of large campsites in the Kvarner region, as chosen by Slovenian guests.

INOVACAMP 2023

The Commission of the Croatian Camping Union has awarded Valamar Camping Istra the INOVACAMP 2023 special recognition for the innovative children's entertainment concept – Histri Island Edutainment Park.

EU Ecolabel is the European Commission's label of environmental excellence confirming that Valamar's products and services with this label meet environmental standards.

High standard of environmental protection, established and certified environmental management system, in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. The adopted environmental protection policy focusing on compliance with legal requirements, protection and rational use of natural resources, prevention of pollution, ensuring the conditions for separate waste collection, employee training, continuous improvement and care about the prevention of pollution.
