The Crna Ovca (Black Sheep) Festival is returning to the streets of Baška, providing an unforgettable experience that combines local history with a contemporary offer. The range of events during the festival guarantees an unforgettable weekend, as confirmed by the numerous visitors who have returned to Baška in mid-May for many years to attend this wide-ranging musical, sporting and artistic weekend programme. The stage at Palada will once again host performances by top Croatian rock musicians; local associations will present numerous workshops dedicated to various topics such as making mrgar sheepfolds, wool felting, or preparing local culinary specialities; and the programme will also include various sporting events both at sea and on land, such as sailing regattas, hiking and football, as well as cultural events like lectures, theatrical performances and exhibitions.
During the festival, Baška will become the meeting point for guests in search of good music and great fun in the open air as well as gourmets who love local cuisine. Lamb, of course, will be on offer in all local restaurants, but also at street stands, where this speciality will be readily available in the form of street food.
Did we also mention that the programme is completely free?
All in all, the Crna Ovca – Black Sheep recipe guarantees a great and, above all, quality time.
