This winter, the City of Dubrovnik will once again shine in its festive attire with a rich musical and cultural programme as part of the 12th Dubrovnik Winter Festival. From late November to early January, visitors can enjoy concerts by top performers, traditional Christmas events, and the unique atmosphere of Stradun.
The festival opens with Doris Dragović on 29 November at 8 pm, followed by Đani Stipaničev with klapas Ragusavecchia and More on 6 December. The musical December continues with Vanna on 20 December, Parni valjak on 27 December, Dražen Zečić on 28 December, and Željko Bebek on 30 December.
On New Year’s Eve, 31 December, a children’s New Year celebration will take place at 11 am featuring Jacques Houdek, while the evening programme at 9 pm will include performances by Hiljson Mandela and the legendary ino Merlin.
On New Year’s Day, 1 January at 12 pm, the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra will perform its traditional concert, followed by Petar Grašo at 9 pm. The festival will conclude with Klapa Intrade on 2 January at 9 pm.
A special festive atmosphere will be created by the Dubrovnik Christmas Concert, held on 22 December at the Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik Hotel at 8 pm. Performers include the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra conducted by Ivan Hut, the 4 Tenors, Renata Sabljak, Marija Vidović, and the Blasius Choir.
