FOR GUESTS OF THE ISABELLA ISLAND HOTEL:

From 14:00 to 18:00 at the Isabella Island Hotel

Once you arrive at the Isabella car par in Poreč, please register at the reception. Our drivers will then take you and your luggage to the boat embarkation point on the Poreč waterfront, which is 1 km away. We will take you to the island on board the Riviera boat, while your luggage will travel on the Isabella boat. The boat ride takes 5 minutes. After that, you are required to check in at the reception of the Isabella Island Hotel, while our bellboys will take your luggage directly to your room if it's ready.

FOR GUESTS OF ISABELLA VILLAS:

From 14:00 to 18:00 at the Isabella Island Hotel

Once you arrive at the Isabella car par in Poreč, please register at the reception. Our drivers will then take you and your luggage to the boat embarkation point on the Poreč waterfront, which is 1 km away. We will take you to the island on board the Riviera boat, while your luggage will travel on the Isabella boat. The boat ride takes 5 minutes. After that, you are required to check in at the reception of the Isabella Island Hotel, while our bellboys will take your luggage directly to your villa if it's ready.

FOR GUESTS OF ISABELLA ISLAND CASTLE AND ISABELLA MIRAMARE ISLAND SUITES & VILLAS 5*:

From 14:00 at the Isabella Miramare Island Suites & Villas

Once you arrive at the Isabella car par in Poreč, you will be welcomed by our 5-star reception staff. Our drivers will then take you and your luggage in a special 5-star minivan to the boat embarkation point on the Poreč waterfront, which is 1 km away. We will take you and your luggage to the island on board a 5-star boat. The boat ride takes 5 minutes. On the island you will be welcomed by our bellboys who will take you to the Miramare reception where you will check in, and after that they will take you to your accommodation (provided it is ready).

FOR GUESTS OF THE ISABELLA ISLAND HOTEL:

From 07:00 to 10:00 at the Isabella Island Hotel

If you'd like to take advantage of the free luggage transport service, please leave your luggage at the hotel reception by 09:00. Our bellboys will take it to the Isabella car park on the mainland, where you can collect it by 11:30 at the latest. Any hand luggage in the room must be taken with you. If you prefer to keep your luggage in the luggage room until you leave the island, or if you'd like our bellboys to collect it free of charge, please inform the reception the day before.

FOR GUESTS OF ISABELLA VILLAS:

From 07:00 to 10:00 at the Isabella Island Hotel

If you'd like to take advantage of the free luggage transport service, please leave your luggage in front of your room by 08:30. Our bellboys will take it to the Isabella car park on the mainland, where you can collect it by 11:00 at the latest. Any hand luggage in the room must be taken with you. If you prefer to keep your luggage in the luggage room until you leave the island, please inform the reception the day before.

FOR GUESTS OF ISABELLA ISLAND CASTLE AND ISABELLA MIRAMARE ISLAND SUITES & VILLAS 5*:

By 10:00 at the Isabella Miramare Island Suites & Villas

If you'd like to take advantage of the free luggage transport and transfer service, please inform the reception at least one day in advance. At the agreed time, our bellboys will wait for you in front of your room, take your luggage, and accompany you to the boat.

If you'd prefer to stay on the island on your day of departure, please tell the reception at least one day in advance when you'd like us to take your luggage and put it in the luggage room, and when you'd like to leave the island. In this case, your luggage will be stored in the luggage room until you leave the island, and will be delivered to the Isabella car park on the mainland when you depart.
