FOR GUESTS OF THE GIRANDELLA RESORT, VALAMAR COLLECTION:

From 14:00 at the Girandella Resort, Valamar Collection Welcome Point

Once you arrive at the Welcome Point, our concierge will provide that your car is taken to the parking area and will direct you to your reception (Family, Designed For Adults, Villas and Maro). Our bellboys will take your luggage directly to your room (provided it is ready) within half an hour. All guests can use our shuttle service (including their luggage) to their rooms with an electric vehicle.

From 07:00 to 10:00 at Girandella Designed for Adults Hotel reception

If you’d like to take advantage of our free luggage transport service, please ask at reception. Our bellboys will take it to the luggage room at reception or directly to your car. If you prefer to keep your luggage in the luggage room until later in the afternoon, please inform our reception staff.
