Reservation guarantee

Thank you for booking with us. To guarantee your reservation, please complete the form below with your reservation number and the email address you used when booking. If you’ve booked multiple stays, you can include additional reservation numbers as well.

Once submitted, you’ll be prompted to enter your credit card details (MasterCard, Visa, or Diners Club*). Your information will be securely processed using SSL encryption.
Please review the terms and cancellation policies below before proceeding.
* Please note that Diners Club cards are not accepted at Valamar Obertauern Hotel.

Terms and cancellation policies

Advance purchase rate 2025/2026:

  • The reservation cannot be modified or canceled.
  • The full amount of the reservation will be charged within seven days of booking.

Early booking rate 2025/2026:

  • A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
  • Your bank card may be pre-authorised 42 days prior to arrival in the amount of your first night stay.
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
  • Within the cancellation period, we may charge your bank card in the amount of your first night stay for each accommodation unit. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged will not be refunded.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
  • In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

  • A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
  • Your bank card will be charged for the first night within 7 days of booking as a reservation guarantee. If the booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period, the charged amount will be refunded.
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
  • For cancellations made after the cancellation period, the amount charged will not be refunded.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.

    • up to 7 days prior to arrival until 2 pm (CET) (Valamar Collection) - See properties
  • Within the cancellation period, we may charge your bank card in the amount of your first night stay for each accommodation unit. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
  • In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

  • Free cancellation with full refund is possible:
    • up to 2 days before arrival by 2 pm CET for Valamar Argosy Hotel
    • up to 7 days before arrival by 2 pm CET for Pical Resort, Valamar Collection
  • For cancellations made after the cancellation period, the amount charged will not be refunded.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
  • In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Black friday 2024:

  • A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
  • Your bank card may be pre-authorised 42 days prior to arrival in the amount of your first night stay.
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 31 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
  • Within the cancellation period, we may charge your bank card in the amount of your first night stay for each accommodation unit. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
  • In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Advance purchase rate 2025/2026:

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 45 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
  • Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, it is necessary to make an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the reservation (valid for Kesselspitze Chalet, Valamar Collection).
  • During the cancellation period, we may charge up to 70% of the reservation amount to your bank card.
  • For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.

Standard rate 2025/2026:

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
  • Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, it is necessary to make an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the reservation (valid for Kesselspitze Chalet, Valamar Collection).
  • During the cancellation period, we may charge up to 70% of the reservation amount to your bank card.
  • For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.

Advance purchase rate:

  • The reservation cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Upon receipt of the confirmation, the reservation cannot be changed or cancelled free of charge.
  • The entire amount of the reservation will be charged within seven (7) days after the reservation has been made.
  • In the event of cancellation, early departure or no-show, we will retain the debited amount.
  • Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
  • Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.

Early booking rate:

  • Free cancellation of reservations up to 21 days (1 pm CET) prior to arrival.
  • A credit card is required as confirmation of your stay.
  • Your credit card may be pre-authorised 42 days prior to arrival in the amount of your first night's stay.
  • You will be informed if your credit card is declined for preauthorisation. In case we cannot charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled
  • For late cancellation of reservations, your card will be charged in the amount of your first night's stay per accommodation unit.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • In case of a premature departure, additional payment in the full amount of booking.
  • In the case of cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival, the amount charged to your card will be refunded. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.
  • Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
  • Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.

  • For cancellations made after the cancellation period, the amount charged will not be refunded.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.

  • In case of early departure or a no-show without prior cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.
