Reservation guarantee
Thank you for booking with us. To guarantee your reservation, please complete the form below with your reservation number and the email address you used when booking. If you’ve booked multiple stays, you can include additional reservation numbers as well.
Once submitted, you’ll be prompted to enter your credit card details (MasterCard, Visa, or Diners Club*). Your information will be securely processed using SSL encryption.

Terms and cancellation policies
Advance purchase rate / Non-refundable rate 2025/2026:
- Upon receipt of the confirmation, the reservation cannot be changed or cancelled free of charge.
- The entire amount of the reservation will be charged within 7 days after the reservation has been made.
- In the event of cancellation, early departure or no-show, we will retain the debited amount.
Early booking rate 2026/2027:
(also valid for New opening offer - Pical Resort, Jadran Heritage Hotel)
- A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
- Your bank card will be charged for the first night 30 days before arrival as a reservation guarantee.
- If the reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged immediately upon completion of the reservation, as a reservation guarantee.
- If the booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period, the charged amount will be refunded.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
- For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the charged amount.
- If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
- In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

- Within the cancellation period, we can charge your bank card for the amount of the first night stay per accommodation unit.
- For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the charged amount.
- If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.

Black Friday 2025:
- A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
- As a reservation guarantee, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your bank card 30 days before arrival.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET.
- For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the charged amount.
- If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
- In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Flexi deposit rate:
(valid only for Pical Beach House, Valamar Collection)
- A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
- Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your bank card.
- The remaining 70% will be charged 60 days before arrival.
- In the event of cancellation, early departure, or no-show, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. If the full amount has already been charged, no refund will be issued.
- If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
- In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

New year's special rate
- A bank card is required as a reservation guarantee.
- For reservations made from 1 June 2026 onwards, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged upon booking confirmation.
- Once the cancellation period has expired, 30 days prior to arrival (until 2 pm CET), an additional 60% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your bank card.
- For cancellations made after the cancellation period, the non-refundable deposit and the charged amount will be retained.
- In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Black Friday 2025/2026:
- A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
- During the cancellation period, we may charge up to 70% of the reservation amount to your bank card.
- For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.
- In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

- A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
- As a reservation guarantee, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your bank card 30 days before arrival.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET.
- For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the charged amount.
- If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
- In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- A bank card is required as a reservation guarantee.
Deposit:
- A deposit of € 100 is required for all pitch bookings and will be charged to your bank card within 7 days of making the reservation. If the price of the booked stay is under € 100, it is necessary to make a deposit in the amount of the price of the booked stay.
- If a specific pitch number is reserved, a pitch number reservation fee is charged instead of the deposit, ranging from € 100 to € 300 depending on the pitch category.
- The deposit or pitch number fee is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Advance payment:
- Your bank card will be charged for 30% of the total reservation amount 7 days before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled within the cancellation period (up to 7 days before your arrival), the charged amount will be refunded.
- The remaining balance is paid at the campsite reception upon arrival.
Cancellation:
- In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, we will retain either the deposit (€ 100) or the pitch number fee (depending on the type of pitch), as well as 30% of the total reservation amount.
- If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
- In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, your bank card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
- For existing pre-bookings or reservations for the following year, the advance payment can also be made at the campsite reception.
