Every year from June to August, Valamar Camping Istra becomes the heart of entertainment and unforgettable moments – welcome to Valamar Funtana Summerfest! Now in its eighth year, this summer-long festival offers a diverse programme for all ages, from families with children to music and dance enthusiasts. For three full months, Funtana transforms into a stage for live music performances, spectacular dance shows, and a wide range of entertainment. At the heart of it all is Piazza Square, the festival’s central venue, where every moment of this summer spectacle comes to life.

The festival programme is divided into four exciting categories:

Cinema & Theatre - evenings in Funtana take on a cinematic charm with open-air movie screenings. The schedule also includes children’s theatre performances, sure to delight both kids and their parents
Dance & Music - several times a week, live music performances turn Piazza Square into a paradise for music lovers. Enjoy a variety of genres and dance the night away to live performances
It’s Show Time - the Piazza stage will come alive with spectacular dance performances that will captivate the whole family. Be prepared for breathtaking illusionist acts, featuring mind-blowing tricks that will leave you speechless
Special Events - step outside the campsite and experience Funtana’s traditions and local culture. From Fishermen’s Festivals at the nearby marina to concerts at the local church, these special events offer a unique way to discover the charm of this picturesque coastal town
