The Tunalicious Festival will take place from 7 to 13 September, as a traditional event that transforms the streets and waterfront of Poreč into a true paradise for seafood lovers, filled with entertainment and sport activities. This year, Tunalicious comes with four main programme categories: Tuna Restaurant Week, Spinnaker Gourmet Stage, Tunalicious Street Food, and TunIstra Big Game Fishing – a competition in catching big fish.

 

As part of TunIstra Big Game Fishing, an impressive fleet of competing boats from several countries will gather along the Poreč coast. Passionate anglers will test their limits, skills, and endurance in their quest to catch the “Queen of the Adriatic”. This unique maritime spectacle attracts not only participants but also many curious visitors who can enjoy the thrilling atmosphere of sport fishing and the vibrant competitive spirit right from the shore.

 

Beyond the competition, around twenty restaurants in the Poreč area will create special menus featuring innovative tuna dishes at promotional prices during Tuna Restaurant Week. Imagine juicy tuna fillets prepared in a variety of ways, accompanied by delightful offers that will excite your palate.

 

The highlight of this gastronomic event will be the Spinnaker Gourmet Stage, a special gourmet dinner at the Spinnaker Restaurant, signed by a renowned guest chef.

 

For those who prefer a street food experience, Tunalicious Street Food will offer creative tuna dishes at food stands and trucks along the Poreč waterfront — from Asian-inspired specialties to popular burgers and juicy steaks.
