Advent in Makarska

The most wonderful time of the year is coming soon! Begin the festive season in the magical atmosphere of Makarska, where the scents of mulled wine, holiday delicacies, and the sounds of favourite songs create an unforgettable seaside experience. The opening of Advent is scheduled for Sunday, 30 November, featuring the lighting of the first Advent candle and festive lights, followed by a grand concert by the band Silente.

 

The ice rink will be open daily until 6 January, offering fun for both children and adults!

 

LITTLE ADVENT – for the youngest

 

The largest children’s Advent on the Adriatic brings a rich programme full of joy and magic for kids and families, taking place across three popular locations in Makarska. At Hrpina Square, little ones will be welcomed by Santa’s Igloo and creative workshops, while Tin Ujević Square will host the ice rink, perfect for cheerful skating and winter fun. On Kačić Square, visitors can enjoy performances and shows that will delight audiences and create a truly festive atmosphere.
