15–18 May 2026
The international swimming event UltraSwim 33.3 will once again take place on the island of Hvar from 15 to 18 May 2026, bringing together participants from around the world for a unique multi-day sporting challenge.
Over the course of four days, swimmers will complete a total distance of 33.3 km – the symbolic length of the English Channel – divided into several stages connecting Stari Grad and Hvar Town. The route follows the island’s stunning coastline, passing through bays, open sea and the Pakleni Islands, offering participants a truly unique experience of sport in a natural setting.
The programme begins in Stari Grad, where registration and introductory activities take place, while [PLACES] Hvar by Valamar and surrounding locations serve as key gathering points for participants throughout the event. UltraSwim 33.3 is open to a wide range of participants – from experienced open water swimmers to recreational athletes looking to push their limits – with a strong emphasis on safety, community and support.
The event also promotes sustainability and a responsible approach to the environment, aligning with the long-term vision of Hvar as a destination and Valamar’s commitment to sustainable tourism.
