We have adapted our booking conditions for all destinations along the Adriatic coast, to be more flexible and make it easier for you to decide on travelling to Croatia.

Conditions according to price lists:

EARLY BOOKING RATE

Hotels & resorts

  • Up to 25% discount off the standard rate.
  • Free of charge cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. 
  • Credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • Within the cancellation period, we may charge your credit card in the amount of your first night's stay for each accommodation unit.
  • For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded. 

Camping resorts

  • Up to 25% discount off the standard rate for camping homes and glamping tents.
  • Free of charge cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival. 
  • Credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • Within the cancellation period, we may charge your credit card in the amount of your first night's stay for each accommodation unit.
  • For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded. 

STANDARD RATE

Hotels & resorts

  • If you want to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge up to 4 days before arriving at the destination (applies to the Valamar Hotels & Resorts, [PLACES] by Valamar, Sunny by Valamar hotels, apartments and resorts). 
  • For stays in Valamar Collection hotels and resorts, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival at the destination.
  • For all hotels and resorts in Dubrovnik you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 days before arriving at the destination. 
  • Credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • Within the cancellation period, we may charge your credit card in the amount of your first night's stay for each accommodation unit.
  • For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded. 

Camping resorts

  • Booking cancellations for camping homes and glamping tents are free up to 7 days before arriving at the destination. The price includes daily rent. Final cleaning, tourist and environmental tax are not included in the rental price. 
  • There is a EUR 50 predefined deposit for pitches (or EUR 100 for premium and luxury pitches) which is charged within 7 days of booking. In case of cancellation of reservations, the amount transferred as a deposit will not be refunded. Tourist and environmental tax are not included in the rental price. 
  • Credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • Within the cancellation period, we may charge your credit card in the amount of your first night's stay for each accommodation unit.
  • For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded. 

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE

Hotels & resorts

  • All Advance Purchase Rate prices lists are already reduced by 5 up to 10% compared to the standard price lists. 
  • The reservation cannot be modified or canceled.
  • The full amount will be charged within seven days of the booking. 

Camping resorts

  • All Advance Purchase Rate price lists for camping homes and glamping tents are already reduced by 5% compared to standard price lists. 
  • The reservation cannot be modified or canceled.
  • The full amount will be charged within seven days of the booking. 

We have adapted the booking conditions for our Valamar Obertauern Hotel, Kesselspitze Valamar Collection Hotel and OBERTAUERN [PLACESHOTEL] by Valamar to make the decision to holiday in the snow easier for you.

  • We guarantee the best online price for our properties.   

  • A free parking space in our underground garage is included in the price of each reservation.

  • Credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
  • During the cancellation period, we may charge up to 70% of the reservation amount to your credit card.
  • For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.
  • Tourist tax is not included in the price.

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE

  • Advance Purchase Rate prices lists are already reduced by 5 up to 10% compared to the standard price lists.
  • The reservation cannot be modified or canceled.
  • The full amount will be charged within seven days of the booking.
