Parenzana

Featuring flavours from three countries along the Parenzana trail, Parenzana mixes traditional and local flavours with regional touches, a curated wine list, live stations, and exquisite desserts, with the menu crafted by chefs from Croatia, Italy, and Slovenia.

  • Traditional istrian specialties – cured meats, hand-sliced prosciutto and artisanal cheeses with marmalades
  • Themed corners – local delicacies such as truffles, fine cheeses, Parenzana wines and Mediterranean pastries
  • Olive oil & wine selection – 200 premium wines (15 by the glass) and a selection of Parenzana’s finest olive oils, guided by a sommelier
  • Live culinary stations – fresh seafood preparations (sushi, carpaccio, oyster shucking) plus daily-changing flambés and crêpes suzette

Guests who choose the Half Board or All-Inclusive service can enjoy a variety of gastronomic experiences in 8 different restaurants through the Dine Around programme.

With the Board Meal Exchange, guests can choose a three-course menu or use a Meal Allowance, which is deducted from the bill at selected restaurants.

Board Meal Exchange

Pical guests with Half Board service can exchange their buffet dinner for a three-course menu for lunch or dinner at Fogo by Bekal, Purobeach Club and Oliva Grill at Pical, Oliva Grill at Isabella Island Resort during their stay.

Pical V Level guests can exchange their buffet meals at the More and Quattro Terre restaurant or a three-course menu for lunch or dinner at Fogo by Bekal, Purobeach Club and Oliva Grill at Pical, Oliva Grill at Isabella Island Resort during their stay.


Meal Allowance

A Meal Allowance that will be deducted from the bill is available at - Harry’s Piccolo Poreč, Miramare by Fratelli Cerea, Spinnaker Restaurant and JAZ by Ana Roš Poreč Pical guests with All-Inclusive and Half Board service: 50 EUR per person (25 EUR for children aged 2 - 13,99)
Pical V Level guests: 70 EUR per person (35 EUR for children aged 2 - 13,99)
Each guest receives one meal allowance per stay (min. 3 nights). Restaurant availability varies by season.
