Parenzana

Featuring flavours from three countries along the Parenzana trail, Parenzana mixes traditional and local flavours with regional touches, a curated wine list, live stations, and exquisite desserts, with the menu crafted by chefs from Croatia, Italy, and Slovenia.

- Traditional istrian specialties – cured meats, hand-sliced prosciutto and artisanal cheeses with marmalades
- Themed corners – local delicacies such as truffles, fine cheeses, Parenzana wines and Mediterranean pastries
- Olive oil & wine selection – 200 premium wines (15 by the glass) and a selection of Parenzana’s finest olive oils, guided by a sommelier

Pical V Level guests with the Half Board or All-Inclusive service can enjoy a variety of gastronomic experiences in 10 different restaurants through the Dine Around programme.
With the Dinner Exchange Option, guests may replace their buffet dinner at the one of the 6 themed restaurants, where they can choose one starter, one main course, and one dessert from the menu.
With the Credit Option, guests may use a dining credit at the 4 signature restaurants.
