Where cycling legends begin

The ISTRIAN SPRING project is a prestigious series of professional cycling races for both men and women. Comprising of five races, it has been held in Istria for over 20 years at the beginning of spring.

This event attracts top cycling teams from around the world, drawn by its unique format. During their 12-day stay in Istria, competitors participate in multiple races while also using their free time for training camps and season preparations.

What makes this series even more special is its reputation as a launchpad for the future stars of professional cycling. Many of today’s best cyclists, including Tadej Pogačar, Primož Roglič, and Peter Sagan, had their first professional successes in these races.

The ISTRIAN SPRING series in 2026 will feature the following races:
