Valamar Camping Terms & Conditions

PITCH NUMBER BOOKING

• Pitches are booked by pitch type only (Luxury, Luxury Mare, Premium Mare, Comfort Mare, Comfort, or Standard). A specific pitch number is not assigned unless requested and confirmed separately.
• You can reserve a specific pitch number for a stay of minimum 7 days.


• To confirm a specific pitch number, a non-refundable fee is required, depending on the pitch type:
  • Standard € 100
  • Comfort, Comfort Mare € 150
  • Premium in Camping Škrila and Camping Brioni: € 150
  • Premium in 3*/4*/5* camping resorts € 200
  • Luxury in 3*/4* camping resorts € 200
  • Luxury in 5* camping resorts € 300


• Pitch number bookings can be made exclusively through the Valamar Reservation Center via email at reservations@valamar.com or by phone at +385 52 465 000.
• When booking, please specify the type of pitch you need and the exact dates for which you wish to book it. Once your requested pitch number is confirmed, it is guaranteed for the exact dates you have specified.

PITCH BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Please note the following conditions:
  • For bookings with a specific pitch number, changes are not possible.
  • In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • If you cancel a standard booking, the deposit (€ 100) is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a booking with a specific pitch number, the fee for the pitch number (instead of the deposit) is non-refundable.
  • Between 12 July and 30 August 2025, certain pitch types can only be booked Saturday to Saturday. This rule may vary depending on the campsite, and booking conditions for the following season are subject to change.

• A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.



DEPOSIT

• A deposit of € 100 is required for all pitch bookings and will be charged to your bank card within 7 days of making the reservation. If the price of the booked stay is under € 100, it is necessary to make a deposit in the amount of the price of the booked stay.
• If a specific pitch number is reserved, a pitch number reservation fee is charged instead of the deposit, ranging from € 100 to € 300 depending on the pitch category.
• The deposit / pitch number fee is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.



ADVANCE PAYMENT

• Your bank card will be charged for 30% of the total reservation amount 7 days before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled within the cancellation period (up to 7 days before your arrival), the charged amount will be refunded.
• The remaining balance is paid at the campsite reception upon arrival.



CANCELLATION

• In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, we will retain either the deposit (€ 100) or the pitch number fee (depending on the type of pitch), as well as 30% of the total reservation amount.
• If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
• In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, your bank card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
• For existing pre-bookings or reservations for the following year, the advance payment can also be made at the campsite reception.

• Payment instructions for your deposit are provided below. Please select your property to view the corresponding bank details.
• A bank card is required to confirm the reservation. We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron.


• Information for making a deposit is as follows:

• Payment upon arrival can be made:
  • in cash (€), as stated in your booking confirmation
  • in other currencies or by bank card, based on the current exchange rate shown on your invoice


• Your personal information and bank card details are fully protected. All data transfers are securely handled via a safe server connection.

• The minimum stay per pitch is 1 night.
• During high season, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
• Please note that certain pitch types, during the period from 12 July to 30 August 2025, can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. This rule may vary depending on the campsite, and booking conditions for the following season are subject to change.

• Pitches are available from 1 pm on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 12 pm.
• We will hold your reserved pitch until 7 pm on your arrival day. After that time, we reserve the right to resell the pitch to other guests.
• If you expect to arrive later than 7 pm, please contact us in advance.
• In that case, your pitch will be held until your arrival, and you will be charged the pitch rate for each day of delay, in addition to the cost of your stay.

• Camping homes and glamping tents can also be booked on the day of arrival, subject to availability.
• Your personal information and bank card details are fully protected. All data is transmitted securely via a safe server connection.

• Payment instructions for your deposit are provided below. Please select your property to view the corresponding bank details.

• Camping homes and glamping tents available from 4 pm on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, the unit must be vacated by 10 am.
• We will hold your reserved unit until 7 pm on your arrival day. After that time, we reserve the right to resell the unit to other guests.
• If you expect to arrive later than 7 pm, please contact the reservation centre in advance.
• In that case, your unit will be held until your arrival, and you will be charged the unit rate for each day of delay, in addition to the cost of your stay.

Advance Purchase Rate

• Upon receipt of the confirmation, the reservation cannot be changed or cancelled free of charge.
• The entire amount of the reservation will be charged within 7 days after the reservation has been made.
• In the event of cancellation, early departure or no-show, we will retain the charged amount.
• Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
• Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.

Early Booking Rate 2025

• A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
• Your bank card can be pre-authorised 42 days before arrival for the amount of the first night stay.
• Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
• Within the cancellation period, we can charge your bank card for the amount of the first night stay per accommodation unit.
• For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the charged amount.
• If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
• In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
• Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.

Early Booking Rate 2026

• A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
• Your bank card will be charged for the first night 30 days before arrival as a reservation guarantee. If the booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period, the charged amount will be refunded.
• Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
• For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the charged amount.
• If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
• In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
• Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.

Standard Rate

• A bank card is required as a reservation guarantee.
• Your bank card can be pre-authorised 21 days before arrival for the amount of the first night stay.
• Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
• Within the cancellation period, we can charge your bank card for the amount of the first night stay per accommodation unit.
• For cancellations made after the cancellation period, the amount charged will not be refunded.
• If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
• In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
• Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.

Black Friday 2024

• A bank card is required as a reservation guarantee.
• Your bank card can be pre-authorised 42 days before arrival for the amount of the first night stay.
• Free cancellation is possible up to 31 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
• Within the cancellation period, 30% of the total amount of the reservation can be charged to your bank card.
• For cancellations made after the cancellation period, the amount charged will not be refunded.
• If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
• In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
• Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.

• By booking accommodation and staying at our campsite, you undertake to obey these house rules and related provisions. The guest is responsible for taking care of their belongings brought into the campsite. The Company is not liable for any damage resulting from the guest’s own actions.

• In order to maintain the scale of the value of mutually agreed considerations, and taking into account the current circumstances (primarily, the trend of inflation rates) which could significantly distort that scale, we can correct the final nominal price of the contracted service in the event that after the conclusion of this contract, the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate, which is published by EUROSTAT for the Republic of Croatia, exceeds 110.00 in the current month compared to September 2024, up to the amount of the inflation rate thus calculated. The price correction will be implemented taking into account the circumstances of the specific case and acting in accordance with the principle of equal value of contractual considerations. The price correction can be implemented no later than one month before the date of arrival, which we will inform the guest about by email or in some other appropriate way. The guest will inform us whether they accept the new price calculation of services or reject this calculation within 8 days, whereby this Agreement will be considered terminated. In the latter case, our obligations are limited to a refund of any amount of the service price received. For bookings in 2026, the clause regarding price changes will refer to a comparison with the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate in March 2025.
