- family-friendly location – our hotel is located close to gentle slopes and ski lifts suitable for children
- Obertauern Snow Park – snow park with ski carpet lift and entertainment area for children, Bibo Bear snow park and Geisterbahn fairytale park
- guided skiing for kids – snow activity for children aged 6 to 12, skiing accompanied by our Snow Experience Concierge (one to three days per week, free of charge)
- Tauern Safari – snow activity for adults and children aged 12 and up, accompanied by the Snow Experience Concierge (two to three days per week)

Little skiers will love our snug Maro playroom and Softplay room for posts-snow playtime, while our lively Maro team leads the way with fun games and creative activities.
Maro Club (3–12)

- entertainment supervised by trained staff
- open six days per week
- open daily from 2 pm to 10 pm, with a 30-minute break
- from 9 am to 2 pm, the Maro Club is available as an unsupervised playroom
