MAREMONTI RESTAURANT

At the themed buffet stations in our Maremonti restaurant you can enjoy a selection of Alpine and Adriatic cheeses and oils, invigorating soups, and aromatic herbs of these two regions. In addition to meat dishes, we also offer a healthy fish alternative every day, as well as vegetable-based dishes. In short, the Maremonti restaurant offers a delicious Alpe-Adria fusion.

FONDUE ROOM

The Maremonti restaurant’s Fondue Room is the perfect venue for you, your friends and family to taste the delicious alpine classic, fondue. Enjoy the irresistible taste of melted cheese or fried pieces of meat and shrimp, let your imagination run free and create your own combinations with a wide selection of side dishes. Select from our extensive wine list and enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience in an intimate and rustic environment.

  • Fondue is part of our Dine Around service, at an extra charge with prior reservation

DINE AROUND SERVICE

Take the opportunity to replace your regular dinner at the Maremonti restaurant with one from the offered menu in the Fondue Room, with a surcharge of €33 per person for cheese fondue and €40 for meat and shrimp gourmet fondue.

The Dine Around service is available on Thursdays and Saturdays: you can register for it every day until 14:00 at the Valamar Experience Concierge reception.

WINE BAR

After a long day in the snow, unwind in a pleasant and warm ambience with a glass of wine and good music in the wine bar.
