JAZ by Ana Roš Poreč
JAZ by Ana Roš is a new dining concept that brings together seasonal and locally inspired ingredients in a relaxed and social atmosphere. Neither fine dining nor a bistro, JAZ offers something refreshingly different, what Ana calls “young dining”. From market-fresh sharing plates served at lunch and dinner to a standout breakfast featuring a cold buffet and à la carte dishes, JAZ celebrates simplicity, quality and togetherness in a warm and youthful space that welcomes all. More than just a restaurant, JAZ is a vibrant social hub where locals and visitors mingle freely, creating a casual and inviting ambiance.

In return, they receive a €50 daily dining credit, which can be used at JAZ by Ana Roš or additional selected restaurants, each offering a distinctive and memorable culinary experience. Best of all, any unused credit rolls over to the following day, giving guests the freedom to dine when and where they choose - turning every meal into a new chapter of their gourmet journey.
